The dishes are original and delicious. I was there last year and I went back this year. The variety of the menu allowed me to taste the shrimp in 10 different ways. The staff is courteous and the service is fast. Come and eat them all! 😅

There were seven of us and we had a good time, the food is quite good and normal for a Chinese/Japanese, I really liked the copper even if it was very spicy but inside I found a piece of wood which was a piece of toothpick, like that of the skewers. Overall a nice place, nice even the idea of ​​ordering with a tablet at the table the service is fast.

For us it is now unsurpassed, we have tried other even more expensive sushi but in the end we always come back here! Clean and friendly environment, tasty and varied dishes, and the bill is within the norm! Maybe it's a matter of taste but for us it's always top!!

26/06/2025: I had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with two of my friends. We spent a day in Ancona for work. Right from the start, we were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. Clean and quiet place. Very good food, with a large buffet with a wide choice: meat, fish, vegetables of all kinds, fried foods, fruit, desserts and various ice creams. Possibility of composing fish skewers, or cooking fish at the moment of your liking, upon order to the staff. Highly recommended!!

16/07/2025: We returned to the region with family, and a stop at Deba Soul and Sushi was essential. The sushi is inventive and the quality is top-notch! Truly excellent sushi, and we've been to Japan; this restaurant is very, very refined and delicious.
21/06/2025: Highly recommended! Fresh food with chef's specialties cooked, raw and flambéed. Young staff, very kind and helpful. Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant. Free parking nearby. In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.
