We ended up here by chance... and then we went back... typical Roman tavern... everything very good... especially the amatriciana... something spectacular... we even mopped up the bread😊 we'll definitely be back!

A place as described, where you can eat and drink quality food at fair prices. Definitely worth trying again and recommending!

If you're looking for Roman first courses, this is the place. The carbonara is excellent, as are the other first courses. It's not very big, so it's best to book.

After a visit to the Cinecittà Studios, we stumbled upon this osteria and I was pleasantly surprised. The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was neither good nor bad, while the first courses were very good and traditional. Good service combined with a great price. I highly recommend this place.

We discovered this small place thanks to some Roman work friends. Excellent first courses. We'll have to come back to try the other dishes. I can't wait.

The jewel of Cinecittà. I've already left a review on TripAdvisor, but it wasn't here on Google. A small restaurant with a big heart. Going to "Sellero e Ventresca" is like going to your grandmother's house and seeing you starving... YOU HAVE TO EAT! My family and I have been going there for years, we're black belts in carbonara. CARBONARA with an official certification... don't use words like "carbocrema" or "foodpornate". This is a serious restaurant. The staff is always smiling, kind, and helpful, even when there are children. I consider it one of the best Roman trattorias. It has nothing to envy of many renowned restaurants sponsored by food bloggers. Reservations recommended, otherwise you'll be attacked. Portions not recommended by dieticians and nutritionists. Roman menu with seasonal dishes. The oxtail stew deserves a special mention. The sauce is heavenly. Even the appetizers are equally delicious... we rarely order them because they seem to be made for Shrek. I'm talking about the supplì in particular. I haven't been there in a year... last time, three people could share it. If you can, get the zucchini flower with sausage inside. The desserts are good...but by then you'll be rolling. Highly recommended!

Ristorante molto piccolo con pochi tavoli all’interno e all’esterno. Servizio organizzato su due turni a pranzo, quindi in 1 ora al massimo si completa il pranzo. Primo e secondo della tradizione romana classici. Abbiamo preso una cacio e pepe e una amatriciana. Porzioni nella media è molto cremosi di buon sapore. I miei figli avevano chiesto una pasta in bianco e una al pomodoro che a detta del cameriere era impossibile cucinare in quanto avrebbero rallentato il servizio dell’intero ristorante. Quindi o pasta in bianco o al sugo, abbiamo optato quindi per una pasta in bianco e un amatriciana . Certo per me è ancora una mistero come una pasta in bianco e una al sugo normale avrebbero ritardato tutto il servizio. Bah. Credo che uno sforzo in più si sarebbe potuto fare anche perché le richieste non mi sembravano assurde. Prezzo nella media. Ci ritorneró sperando che questa volta si riuscirà ad accontentare tutti ed in primis a me che ho rinunciato ad una carbonara per mangiare la amatriciana di mia figlia che non la voleva.

Sono stato in questa trattoria e, sebbene avessi aspettative alte, l'esperienza è stata altalenante. L'ambiente è molto piccolo e si lavora su due turni. Abbiamo ordinato quattro filetti di baccalà, ma ne sono arrivati solo tre. Stessa cosa per i carciofi. Dopo averlo fatto notare, il personale ha risolto immediatamente, segno di attenzione al cliente. Purtroppo, però, il baccalà era eccessivamente salato, così come la pasta cacio e pepe. Le porzioni, va detto, sono davvero abbondanti. I carciofi alla giudia, invece, nella media, senza particolari guizzi. Sul lato positivo, i prezzi sono contenuti, ma la qualità dei piatti e il livello di sapidità andrebbero rivisti. Non sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto, ma darò loro un'altra possibilità nella speranza che sia solo stato un giorno sfortunato.
