The menu is so rich you'll be spoiled for choice...all typically Roman! Everything was delicious. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe was cooked to perfection and the creamy sauce was balanced; the chicken shank in crispy pancetta was tender and exceptionally flavorful; the escarole with pine nuts and raisins was offered to me...and it was an explosion of flavors! The staff were kind, friendly, and professional. This inn really has it all! Congratulations!

We ended up here by chance... and then we went back... typical Roman tavern... everything very good... especially the amatriciana... something spectacular... we even mopped up the bread😊 we'll definitely be back!

Seguiamo questo ristorante fin dalla sua apertura. Famoso per i suoi succulenti primi romani, questa volta abbiamo assaggiato cabonare, gricia e amatriciana senza "quid", con poco ?guanciale? tagliato a striscioline sottilissime, dalla consistenza di un bollito, e con parte della pasta, già non ben amalgamata in partenza, che alla fine annegava sul fondo di un piato "MOOOLTO" fondo, in un condimento non abbastanza denso, al quale la qualità del formaggio usato non ha fatto premio, come dovrebbe in tali primi. In altre parole, non mi è parsa molto curata le realizzazione dei piatti. sarà stato un caso, la sfortuna o i gusti.

Locale non grande, molto pulito, ottimo il filetto di baccalà (ottima frittura), là cacio e pepe mi è piaciuto moltissimo, cremosa e un ottimo equilibrio. Unica cosa che non mi fa impazzire è la gestione del doppio turno con orari scadenzati, ma alla prenotazione mi è stato detto chiaramente quindi ero perfettamente consapevole! Sicuramente tornerò
