A trattoria that has been a staple throughout Rome for years. Excellent Roman cuisine, high quality, plentiful and prepared by the guys who are always looking for quality.
Wonderful first courses, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, the magical triad. Perfect supplì. Impossible to find faults, always congratulations guys

For work in Rome a colleague recommended this place to eat a good carbonara. I have to say that it is one of the best I have ever eaten, especially in Rome where I have often been disappointed by my expectations. In addition to that we had some very tasty fried foods (the courgette flower with salami didn't drive me crazy, the others did). Honest shopping, very friendly staff. Small place, we ate outside and it was quite comfortable, the road wasn't very busy and I found parking immediately
