This has always been one of the best bakeries in South Tyrol and across the borders. And now the son as a pastry chef who wins one award after another and continues to have visions on a global level. Respect and big compliment. Già da semper one dei migliori panifici in Alto Adige ed oltre. Ora the figure of Vince has a prize for both the old and the global ambitions. With rispetto and compliments.

We were there in September '22 and bought, among other things, Schüttelbrot (20 pieces). The last one will now be eaten in February '24. Perfect, like the first day!!!! As it should be 👍👍

29/08/2024: I came across this restaurant during a trip out of town with my family. Intrigued, we decided to stop for a quick meal We ate: - venison fillet - surprise from the forest Two dishes well served (I attach photos) and very tasty. They definitely met our expectations. The dessert is an explosion of flavors and balanced in the right way. The fillet is tender, tasty, rich in flavours. A real explosion for the palate. Especially for those who have never tasted these flavors before. The service was friendly and fast, we didn't wait long and the waiters met our needs. They were also available in helping us choose the dishes Advised? Absolutely yes!

23/07/2024: Super helpful and friendly owner, always present for every request. Gorgeous pool. Clean rooms and great breakfast
