Seggio Beach & Chicalinda In Castagneto carducci

I ate really well (and this is coming from someone who doesn't like fish). The location by the sea is truly well-kept and beautiful. The owner is a lovely person.

We found it by chance and arrived unannounced, very late, like 2:30 PM in December. We were welcomed like family, the food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The place is right on the beach; in winter, you can get to the beach within 100 meters and then walk along a wooden walkway. Outside, there's a marquee overlooking the sea where they've set up deckchairs with blankets, perfect for an aperitif outdoors. A truly classy touch. Giuseppe, the owner, is extremely kind and friendly.

Wonderful and quiet place, very kind and helpful staff

Excellent fish, fresh and perfectly seasoned, beautiful sea views, and cheap parking 400 meters from the beach. Another plus is that you can eat here almost all day long, which is not very common in Italy.

We had lunch at this wonderful place on Sunday, September 21st. The spaghetti with lupini beans and fried fish with vegetables and fries were divine, along with two delicious desserts and generous portions. The price was very reasonable considering the location, right in the sand. We'll definitely be back.
