A train station that looks like a shopping mall, with shops and restaurants inside. It's not very big, but it's fine for spending time, especially if it's raining. A covered walk is especially welcome. The only downside is the bathroom: on one floor you have to pay €1.20, and on another, you can only use it with a ticket from a restaurant there. And changing the baby is complicated. This could be improved.

Very beautiful as a station and full of shops, including Esselunga. It really looks like a shopping mall. It's just a little confusing to figure out where the ticket office and the toilet are. The fact that in front of the building there is the tourist information office is strategic. From there it is very easy to reach Piazza San Carlo and the Royal Palace. We should just review the price for access to the toilet, which 1.20 Euros seems excessive to me, but it is not the only station that charges that amount. 4 stars only for this last thing.

Excellent train station located in the center of the city, shops, bars, places to eat, newsstands, the only flaw in addition to the parking which is in all cities, are only 1 bathroom and a fee of 1.20 euros, not even in the bars or fast food outlets you can find one.

It's really beautiful because it used to be the capital of Italy.

Turin Porta Nuova is a well-connected central station with numerous services for travellers, including shops, bars and a large waiting room. Its strategic position makes it an essential reference point for commuters and tourists. However, one of the biggest problems is represented by the turnstiles accessing the platforms. They often do not read tickets and passes correctly, creating unnecessary delays for passengers, especially during rush hour. This system, instead of improving the travel experience, ends up complicating it, putting the punctuality of those who have to take the train at risk. Fortunately, the station staff intervenes promptly and lets those with a valid travel document through, avoiding even greater inconvenience. Such an important infrastructure deserves a more efficient and reliable system, to guarantee commuters quick and stress-free access.

Beautiful station but it has a flaw: there is no tobacconist anymore!! It was my habit to get a lottery ticket, play SuperEnalotto but now nothing!! Please restore the tobacconist!!

Renovated or modernized station... you will find various kinds of services... the time spent waiting, whether you are going or waiting for someone, passes in a pleasant way
