Five stars aren't enough for our experience and the dishes we ate. Chef Salvatore offers refined yet understated cuisine, tasty and deeply rooted in Pantelleria's traditions. We had two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and two desserts. Everything was exceptional! Special mention goes to the scorpionfish bites and the Bacio Pantesco, a specialty from the usual ones found on Pantelleria.
The attention to detail is outstanding, and in fact, several dishes are gluten-free or can be modified for celiacs. Attentive service and a stunning view complete the picture... Highly recommended!!

The price is worth the money.
Great attention was also paid to the service and wine selection.
We had an appetizer, red shrimp tartare, a first course, spaghetti with scampi, and a second course, crispy octopus tentacles.
Plus, a beautiful location on a terrace overlooking the sea.
Two desserts, two dessert wines, two glasses of white wine, and two coffees.

Refined cuisine, carefully crafted dishes, and bold flavors. The taste of the sea, in every portion, reigns supreme here. The terrace is charming but dimly lit; I recommend arriving before 9 pm. Prices and wait times are in line with the quality of the cuisine. For those seeking an experience more than just a simple dinner, this is highly recommended.
