Five stars aren't enough for our experience and the dishes we ate. Chef Salvatore offers refined yet understated cuisine, tasty and deeply rooted in Pantelleria's traditions. We had two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and two desserts. Everything was exceptional! Special mention goes to the scorpionfish bites and the Bacio Pantesco, a specialty from the usual ones found on Pantelleria. The attention to detail is outstanding, and in fact, several dishes are gluten-free or can be modified for celiacs. Attentive service and a stunning view complete the picture... Highly recommended!!

Excellent food! The price is worth the money. Great attention was also paid to the service and wine selection. We had an appetizer, red shrimp tartare, a first course, spaghetti with scampi, and a second course, crispy octopus tentacles. Plus, a beautiful location on a terrace overlooking the sea. Two desserts, two dessert wines, two glasses of white wine, and two coffees. Very satisfied.

Refined cuisine, carefully crafted dishes, and bold flavors. The taste of the sea, in every portion, reigns supreme here. The terrace is charming but dimly lit; I recommend arriving before 9 pm. Prices and wait times are in line with the quality of the cuisine. For those seeking an experience more than just a simple dinner, this is highly recommended.

Very nice place, from which you can see the sunset. We ordered an aperitif platter prepared by the chef based on availability, which included various appetizers, all very good... even the fish first course was really good. Excellent experience. Highly recommended place. Certainly not very cheap, but worth it for the quality food.

23/10/2025: A real surprise. Excellent products, very kind staff.
15/10/2025: We spent the rainy lunch today with an "all you can eat" menu: the sushi, maki, and the like were good + they serve not just the classics, but a variety of creations + a truly extensive selection. The ordering system is super modern: everything is ordered directly on the phone + brought to the table by the waitress (unfortunately unfriendly and wordless). We particularly enjoyed the shrimp tempura in an almond coating. Ordering on the phone certainly makes things faster, but it also has a disadvantage: you can't change the menu. Otherwise, I would have ordered most of the rolls without the fat, mayo, and Philadelphia, and then the food would have earned 4 stars – but that's not possible. I do like this "all you can eat" system, where you order "à la carte" (as often as you like) and everything is brought to you. Anything you order too much of + can't eat has to be paid for separately at the full price – I think it's great for greediness and food waste! Therefore, 4 stars for the overall rating. In Austria, "all y.c.e." in Asian restaurants is only available as a self-service buffet.

06/09/2025: Stunning location, beautiful internal garden, the olive trees embrace you and create a magical and romantic atmosphere. Courteous and very professional service. Truly interesting menu, offerings that tempt you to try every dish. Sophisticated pairings and different cooking methods make this a truly captivating culinary experience. The macco di fave is delicious, the spaghetti with cream of clams and candied lemon is sublime. An absolute must-do; it's impossible to come to San Vito lo Capo and not try the chef's creations.
02/09/2025: Beautiful location, ideal for any type of evening: family, couples, business, or group dinners. Excellent quality, plenty of parking. The price is right.
