Scroccarocco In Segni

29/08/2024: Nella frazione La Bianca questa trattoria di paese ha un affaccio strepitoso - dalla balconata - sulle colline verdi della vallata (peccato che a pranzo nella stagione più calda proprio lì picchi impietoso il sole!). Sistemati nel più ordinario ampio ambiente all'aperto sotto la tettoia, segnalo un buon servizio celere e un conto stra-corretto, ormai una assoluta rarità che merita menzione. Antipasto vegetale piuttosto modesto, discreto l'agnello scottadito (8€!), così così le patate al forno e molto buoni i girasoli farciti con ricotta fresca e conditi con porcini (9€). Porzioni sul generoso, lo sfuso rosso è un modesto sangiovese, per cui suggerisco di cercare di meglio nell'imbottigliato.

16/08/2024: Excellent family-run restaurant an hour from Rome. We had an excellent appetizer consisting of bruschetta, salami, ham, loin, cheese, beans with pork rinds and tripe. As first courses, pappardelle with wild boar ragù and strozzapreti with porcini mushrooms. And finally a cake with cream and black cherries. All homemade. We've been going there for years and every time it's a guarantee. Excellent value for money. Tip: book because it's always full. Until next time.
