The restaurant features an open kitchen, a skilled and charismatic chef who welcomes curious diners, sharing his philosophy and selection of dishes. The menu is original, with a tasting menu or a la carte. We decided to try several courses, concluding with the exquisite amberjack ribs. The pairings are delightful and original. We'll be back to try other specialties.

A wonderful experience at this restaurant. I recommend reserving a table a few days in advance, especially during the summer. We chose the tasting menu: everything was excellent.
The chef and staff were very friendly and welcoming.
