They say "the grandma kitchen" 😀 trully Salento cuisine, authentic, very tasty, incredibly and effective service (the owner is on the floor !).
Try Parmigiano alla melanzana and whatever you what "al forno", meaning they own the owen!
If you come by weekend, you absolutely need a reservation, otherwise no chance to find a table in the season...
By the way, they have the valet packing!
Reasonable pricing, under the olive trees tables.
