I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Il Ponte! I was greeted with such genuine warmth and hospitality!!! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening! The food was 10/10 – it was beautifully presented and very delicious. And really nice Italian traditional food. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome throughout the entire meal. Highly recommend!!!

The location of the restaurant is very beautiful, especially if you sit outside to admire the sea. Very friendly staff, especially the owner and the waitress Irene. Good and fresh food.

We spent a nice evening, when it comes to food, the pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten, the wine was ok, the staff tried very hard, we talked to the owner, whom I cordially greet.

There are only two places to fully enjoy the beauty of Scilla, excluding the sea and the sky: the belvedere of the bend on the provincial road, going towards Reggio, and the terrace of the Bridge.
Speaking of places of the heart, this is, with full rights, since the first time decades ago when, after a splendid day at the seaside, we went up to the Bridge and had dinner looking at the Rocca and the Marina. The view alone would be worth the choice. But there are many other reasons why the Bridge has become a fixed destination every time I am in these parts.
Meanwhile, the place is very large: even inside there are several rooms, usually differentiated between the restaurant part and the pizzeria part, and it is perfect for receptions. The terrace is the jewel in the crown: vast, open, suspended between heaven and earth, just like Scilla.
The food varies according to preferences: the pizza is excellent - from a wood oven, increasingly difficult to find -, but the à la carte menu also reserves excellent surprises. Especially for the catch of the day, which allows you to taste some of the typical dishes of the Costa Viola. Like the swordfish - if you are in the right period it will be very easy to have lunch while the swordfish (in Scilla they call them feluche) return to the port: excellent with salmoriglio, special in a roll. Fish reigns supreme, but the meat menu is also worth it. The choice of wines is excellent, with particular attention to local wineries, which now produce very respectable labels.
