A perfect break between heaven and earth If you're looking for a refuge where the view meets good food, this place at 2,070 meters above sea level is a must-see. Located right next to the cable car, it's easily accessible even for those who don't want to tackle long hikes. The food is excellent, as you'd expect from mountain huts and refuges: authentic, simple, and flavorful. I ordered a Milanese cutlet with fries—a classic served with care here. The cutlet was dry, not greasy, and perfectly crispy. The fries were excellent, accompanied by the inevitable sauces: ketchup and mayonnaise, always appreciated. The seating area is spacious and well-organized, perfect for relaxing after a hike or simply enjoying the sun and fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if they're not too busy, it's pleasant to chat—a detail that makes the experience even more authentic.
