Atmosphere is great, the food is outstanding, you can't believe those seafood panini until you try them yourself. Best octopus panino ever, if you're in brindisi this place is a must. A big thanks to Luigi, who took care of us for 2 different evening, was very attentive and very good at recommending food-beer matches

The bar has a chic atmosphere, with TVs, pleasant decor, and excellent service. Very tasty beer at reasonable prices. We ordered burgers, and they were some of the most delicious burgers I've had in the last year. I definitely recommend visiting to try the beer and burgers.

Devo ammettere che inizialmente, guardando il menù, i prezzi mi sembravano un po’ alti per dei panini, anche se le combinazioni erano davvero originali e curate. Ma mi sono subito dovuta ricredere appena ho ricevuto l’ordine a domicilio: i panini sono ENORMI! Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo guardati e abbiamo detto: “Basta tranquillamente un panino in due e un po’ di patatine!” Le porzioni sono davvero generose, e la qualità è ottima. Gli abbinamenti degli ingredienti sono particolari ma azzeccatissimi, si sente che c’è una bella ricerca dietro. Anche le patatine fritte ci hanno sorpreso: una scatola davvero abbondante a soli 4 euro. Rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. Panini buonissimi, consegna puntuale, e un’esperienza super soddisfacente. Sicuramente ordineremo di nuovo!

In questo locale carino i camerieri sono gentili, disponibili e molto preparati sulla celiachia. Nonostante non sia un locale certificato AIC sono super attenti alla contaminazione e c’è tanta scelta per quanto riguarda i piatti senza glutine. Il pane senza glutine che utilizzano per i panini è gustoso e saporito e si possono scegliere anche diversi tipo di antipasti, fritti ecuna bella serata, complimenti a tutto lo staff di Schiuma 👏🏻
