05/02/2025: Happening a bit by chance while we were around Florence, my girlfriend and I came across this new restaurant in the center. We were immediately greeted with attention and professionalism by the dining room staff. Having looked at the menu, we understood that the cuisine was refined and not banal. And in these cases you can expect anything. instead we ate very well from the appetizer with tongue... to the revisited tiramisu. Truly an experience worth repeating.
