The atmosphere is quite intimate, with soft lighting and furnishings that create a lovely ambiance with an open grill, yet the aromas don't waft throughout the place. To start, we tried the Angus tartare with fermented mustard; we liked the combination and the cut of the meat. Then we had two first courses: the spaghetti (very distinctive in flavor) and the pasta with potatoes, mussels, and provola. Both were delicious and the portions generous. Next up was the grilled chicken: the exterior was nicely spiced, and the skin was almost porchetta-like. We finished with the torta basque, which was absolutely worth it. Their bread basket was also good. The staff was friendly. The final bill, including water, was €92: in my opinion, in line with the quality and quantity of what we ate.

I had a truly memorable dinner at Sbracio in Rome! The food was exceptional — beautifully cooked with bold flavors and creative touches that made each dish stand out. As always, everything was excellent!!!!! I got the takeaway pizza and it was amazing (truly TOP pizza chef). Eating there was also a real pleasure. Very friendly service and the food was top notch!!!!! P.S. The first courses were also excellent!!!!! The price was really fair!!!!!

Yesterday I went to Sbracio in the Marconi area—and I fell in love with it ❤️ The food is truly top-notch: nothing superfluous, clean, precise flavors, the kind that make you understand what you're eating, not just "fill your stomach."
The owner personally walks among the tables, describing each dish, explaining the choices, observing reactions, joking—and makes you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer.
The interior is minimalist, elegant, and relaxing: beautiful, quiet, it makes you want to stay.
One of those places you'd recommend only to the right people.

We had dinner last night with a couple of friends and our newborn son. Reservations were easy, and they were especially helpful with the baby-stroller issue.
The food was absolutely above average; you can clearly see the research behind it. No banal pairings.
The portions were very generous; finally, when you order a tiramisu, you get a nice piece, unlike other restaurants with these useless 50-gram portions.
Overall, they've definitely gained four new customers; since we live nearby, we'll definitely be back.
Another aspect that's just as important to me as the food is the waiter, a truly friendly and, above all, knowledgeable person. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about everything, given my numerous questions, but he was also absolutely competent: he knew his job, how to answer questions, and how to work. A rarity in restaurants. Bravo! And how he was able to understand my tastes and recommend a Japanese amaro... what can I say? See you soon :-)
