It's a shame about the service, which was a bit cold and unwelcoming—the waiter seemed annoyed by our questions about the menu.
Compliments to the chef, however: the cuisine was excellent, refined, and rich in flavor. Truly a splendid culinary achievement!

Brilliant food. For the first time, we experienced the sheer variety of flavors in every bite. The meat was fantastic, the seafood pasta was fantastic, and the sauce was incredible. The restaurant is on the outskirts of Rome's city center, but the flavors are worth the long walk. We'll definitely be back, even though the surroundings aren't inviting. The tiramisu is simply amazing. We recommend it.
