Brilliant food. For the first time, we experienced the sheer variety of flavors in every bite. The meat was fantastic, the seafood pasta was fantastic, and the sauce was incredible. The restaurant is on the outskirts of Rome's city center, but the flavors are worth the long walk. We'll definitely be back, even though the surroundings aren't inviting. The tiramisu is simply amazing. We recommend it.

5 well-deserved stars! Sbracio was an exciting discovery. They specialize in grilled meat, truly excellent, tender, and flavorful. Even the catch of the day is grilled, with amazing results. Even the side dishes are grilled and then seasoned with delicate, carefully crafted homemade sauces that enhance the flavors without overpowering them. Their attention to ingredients and preparation is truly rare. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is courteous. I'll definitely be back!

The raw materials were top-notch, I tasted the best tripe I've ever eaten, and the location was minimal, making it a truly beautiful place in my opinion. Congratulations!

I went for dinner with friends. The atmosphere is minimal with dim lighting, yet very warm and welcoming. The dinner was superb. The meat was excellent. The tartare and picanha carpaccio as appetizers were unforgettable. The first courses and desserts were also delicious. The service was attentive and thoughtful.

Truly a wonderful experience! My partner, our dog, and I went last night and were greeted wonderfully! The location has a modern, minimal industrial style, the food is excellent, and the service is equally as good! The wine list is extensive and very well-structured! The meat is excellent; we had picanha carpaccio (amazingly smoked!), grilled quail (so tender), brick-baked chicken, and lamb; what can I say, everything was truly amazing!!! It was a wonderful discovery! So much so, we'll be back next week. Highly recommended! The staff pampered us from start to finish; it was truly a pleasant evening!

A nice place, not overly elegant but with attention to detail, it's a comfortable place to be. The meat is delicious, truly top-notch: you can tell they care about both the quality and the way they bring it to the table and present it. The only thing I would object to is that, given the fairly high bill, they could offer a liqueur every now and then, but nothing, they're really being stingy. It's a shame, that gesture alone would have been enough to end the evening perfectly.
