Yesterday I went to Sbracio in the Marconi area—and I fell in love with it ❤️ The food is truly top-notch: nothing superfluous, clean, precise flavors, the kind that make you understand what you're eating, not just "fill your stomach."
The owner personally walks among the tables, describing each dish, explaining the choices, observing reactions, joking—and makes you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer.
The interior is minimalist, elegant, and relaxing: beautiful, quiet, it makes you want to stay.
One of those places you'd recommend only to the right people.

We had dinner last night with a couple of friends and our newborn son. Reservations were easy, and they were especially helpful with the baby-stroller issue.
The food was absolutely above average; you can clearly see the research behind it. No banal pairings.
The portions were very generous; finally, when you order a tiramisu, you get a nice piece, unlike other restaurants with these useless 50-gram portions.
Overall, they've definitely gained four new customers; since we live nearby, we'll definitely be back.
Another aspect that's just as important to me as the food is the waiter, a truly friendly and, above all, knowledgeable person. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about everything, given my numerous questions, but he was also absolutely competent: he knew his job, how to answer questions, and how to work. A rarity in restaurants. Bravo! And how he was able to understand my tastes and recommend a Japanese amaro... what can I say? See you soon :-)

Amazing, my first quail of my life, followed by meat that melted in my mouth, not to mention the amazing appetizers and the top-notch Montepulciano riserva.... the owner is technically prepared, kind and in love with his job... I will 100% return even if it is far away from me

I must compliment the owners of this establishment, who, with immense passion and professionalism, ensured we had a pleasant evening, accompanied by excellent food, which they carefully described when we ordered.
I've tried many meat restaurants here in Rome, but the meat, from the smoked picanha crudo to the Galician Florentine steak, to the wine they recommended, was all incredibly divine. You absolutely didn't miss a beat.
I can only highly recommend it to everyone and give you a well-deserved 5 stars.

Wonderful restaurant, the service and quality of the food are top notch. I was truly amazed by this place, because it seems small and I didn't have high expectations, but then I wanted to reorder every dish because it was so good.

I recently visited Sbracio and I can say it was a real pleasure! Meat is the star of this restaurant, with dishes ranging from tagliatelle with grilled ragù to perfectly cooked Angus fillet. The service was impeccable, with friendly and professional staff who recommended the perfect wines to accompany our meals.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a touch of elegance that makes the evening special. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and evident in every dish. The tasting menu is a true experience, with dishes that were all appreciated.
*Recommendations:*
- Try the tagliatelle with grilled ragù, they are divine!
- The Angus fillet is an excellent choice
- Don't miss the grilled Iberian pork gyoza
Sbracio is a place worth visiting, especially if you're a meat lover. The price might be a bit high for some, but the quality and service are worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!

As soon as you open the front door, a unique aroma of deliciousness overwhelms you and the welcoming atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. Every dish you try conveys the commitment to seeking out truly delicious food. Particular attention is paid to the selection of raw materials, such as the lamb, which I highly recommend. The owner's involvement, always available to explain his cuisine, is highly appreciated.
