Sax is a Pub with a capital P... Excellent atmosphere, reliable and welcoming staff, fresh, top-quality products, refined gourmet dishes... I recommend the Sax Burger and the 1-liter mug of Engel beer. A fantastic experience...to be repeated.

What can I say!!! I had the mixed grill, excellent and plentiful. The service was excellent! The staff was polite and helpful. The atmosphere and style were dated, but pleasant!

Definitely a hidden gem! This small but perfectly formed pub has sensational burgers, a great atmosphere, and first-class service. The pub is located away from the tourist hotspots, but is definitely worth a visit. We had the Explosion Burger and a vegan panini with fries. The portions are huge and tasted excellent. It's definitely good value for money. Although our server barely spoke English, she was very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all our requests were met to our complete satisfaction. You can tell that she does her job with great passion and hospitality. I would love to give it more stars – thank you to the entire team for the fantastic stay!❤️

By chance in Trieste, we took an apartment 20 meters from this place... which turned out to be an amazing place. Very high quality of food, homemade bread which is also excellent to eat on its own. Super plentiful sandwiches and more than fair prices. Must try

Always the TOP of the PUBS. I wouldn't change it for others, plus the kitchen closes at 1 am, the best for a post match/theater. I attach a photo of them.

Good sandwiches, but a little expensive (for a sandwich, soft drink and dessert you spend around 30 euros/head). Small place and in my opinion tables too low.
