We booked a table for 8:30 PM. It's a place where seating is very cramped due to the limited space available. We were served promptly and promptly, and everything was relatively fine, except that the table was cleared in a hurry at 9:30 PM, and at 9:55 PM, while we were enjoying our after-dinner drinks, the waitress asked us to vacate the table. Since it's not like us to occupy a table for long, we were indignant but respectful of others' work, so we left. Speechlessly, we reported the incident to the cashier, reiterating that we'd never experienced anything like this anywhere else. He candidly replied, "THERE ARE PEOPLE WAITING. WE HAVE TO WORK." A response that unanimously elicited from us a "WE WILL NEVER GO BACK."

A must-visit weekly stop, it's now become a pleasant habit to enjoy one of the tastiest pizzas in the city and beyond. Congratulations to all the staff.

One of the best pizzas in the province. The seafood appetizer is also excellent, very generous.

The pizza is excellent, with an extensive menu. The mixed fried fish for two, however, leaves much to be desired: only chips and rotten mussels.

We've seen this place many times on social media, and decided to try it with a group of friends. It's easy to find if you know the area, and as soon as you walk in, you immediately realize it's a breakfast/aperitivo/pizzeria/burger joint (I'm not a big fan of places that do everything; they usually compromise on quality). We sit at the lightweight plastic tables and order chips to snack on (very shiny and heavy-tasting, perhaps the oil needed changing a few days ago). But the real treat is when the pizzas arrive: beautiful, with a high crust, individually identifiable toppings, and an incredible aroma. Pizza that truly "comes from the future" thanks to the search for some unique flavors and toppings. We'll definitely be back, especially to try the mega-aperitivo.

The aperitif was delicious, highly recommended. The waiters were kind and very sweet.

It's not pleasant to book an aperitif for €15 and then pay for two. I asked the staff, of course. What was their response? It's not worth bringing out the shovel for just one person!!! I don't understand what it means if I'm only paying for two? Luckily I was with my wife!!!!!

The pizza was very good, it's a shame that the place was so noisy that even when I was shouting I couldn't hear my neighbor.

3 stars as an opportunity for improvement. We booked for 7 and were put at a table for 6, with three people forced to squeeze in, blocking any possible passageways. The noise on the veranda was excessive, preventing any conversation with the neighbor, let alone with the entire table. The service could be improved; it must be an unlucky evening, but if I sit down and ask for a bottle of water for the baby, that should be your first thought. 10 minutes go by and nothing, we order, 20 minutes later they bring wine and beer, and nothing after much hassle with various waiters. After 30 minutes, I get up, go to the counter, and ask for it with a smile, avoiding any arguments. The pizzas are good and refined. Personally, the crust is too useless (which I've seen everyone leave), but the dough is good, as are the ingredients used. A word of advice: if you make quality pizzas, the ambiance and service must be adequate, and I should be able to enjoy the experience, especially given the high price, which is appropriate for the food, not the setting. I hope this criticism helps us improve and serves as an opportunity.

Sauvage is one of those pizzerias that never disappoints. The pizzas are always delicious, and bringing your friends will always make a great impression. Not to mention their aperitif with a mixed fried fish platter, which is a masterpiece and includes a drink—a true paradise. The atmosphere is almost always crowded, as it's one of the most popular spots in San Cataldo, clean, and meticulously maintained. Reservations are required on weekends, but they're always available during the week.
