This time too, the culinary interpreters of fairy tales and stories that have always belonged to our collective imagination have managed to enchant us, creating an entire menu based on porcini mushrooms. Through games of textures and contrasts, contaminations and unusual cooking methods, Satricvm's artisan artists tickle the palate, curiosity, all the senses, giving memories as well as surprises, served together in many small portions to share. The 'porcini crock' is a gem, the 'latte brusco' a delicacy, the fettuccine a riot of flavours. The 'babamisù' deserves a special mention, which manages to combine the traditional dessert that we all know with a surprising and hypnotic aftertaste of porcini mushrooms. Satricvm remains an island of elegant and tenacious resistance to the crisis of a territory that is losing pieces, despite the rich history linked to the Volscians and the Romans and the flourishing wine productivity, which however has not prevented the use of the area surrounding the restaurant for reception center. In this concrete non-place, Satricvm is a dreamlike place that is worth a trip. Among the flavors of fairy tales, waiting for the next one, already in preparation. And we are anxiously waiting.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere in the open Winter Garden. Well thought through design & concept and a menu that is unbelievably creative & surprising. Combined with Sonia's fabulous service, it is a place I will make sure to visit again. They even created a kids friendly menu we asked for in advance, which our sons loved.
