I could sum up the experience in one word: "top." We tried the more substantial tasting menu, and it was worth it. The ambiance is truly original, it exudes a sense of peace, the service is elegant, and the cutlery is changed after each course. Last but not least, the food... truly original choices, the duck trio dedicated to Goethe and the Mater Matuta appetizer were fantastic. And, as usual, the final question: would I go back? Absolutely, especially since it's not close to home.

Simply fabulous. Refined and elaborate dishes, capable of telling a story with every bite. Behind this restaurant, there's more than just excellent cuisine, but an idea, a project, and above all, the love and passion of those who work there. The location is also splendid, with attention to every detail: from the table, to the dishes, to the glasses. A final plus: the prices are fair, I'd even say affordable. Thank you so much.

A wonderful experience. We went for lunch on August 15th and it was very enjoyable. The menu was perfect; the shrimp catalana and the duck ragù cannelloni deserve special mention.

The story that is told on each dish that has as its theme the reclamation of the Pontine Marshes leaves you dreaming in a visual and flavorful journey that you would never want to end, and background music to enhance everything just described. I highly recommend the experience, because here we are talking about true experience in discovering new flavors and history, I compliment the great chef and his wife, for the care they have had for us.
