We were in Florence and there are so many good places to eat. The three of us walked by Il Sasso di Dante twice and the third time, we said, "we really should stop and eat here" and we did. It was great. We shared a bottle of white wine - Vermentino. it was a hot day. We shared the tomato bruschetta, all of us got pasta - one with wild boar sauce, the other carbonara. The food was good. The service was very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Popped in for a quick drink during the exhausting process of visiting the Duomo sites. Great choice of artisanal beer (unusual for Firenze) and nice wine. Food around us looked good and the staff were great and chatty, no corporate attitude here.

10/02/2024: Good dishes, but too expensive for the place, then with the paper placemat and napkin too !!!!!!! A piece of advice, the steak is shown to the customer first and the weight is stated... not surprisingly! Two portions of potatoes in their skins….€12 Not enough rating
13/01/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria where you can eat good meat. Excellent starters (delicious livers), fresh and quality cold cuts. At first the waitress made a bit of a mess with the order but they recovered without any problems. The first courses are a little too "greasy", but the white ragù is very good. To try!
