The food was very good! The place was nice and super clean, but it's a shame the service left a bit to be desired. We ordered two desserts, which, honestly, is the only thing I wouldn't recommend because the Catalan cream had a cooking and preservation issue. After mentioning it to the waiter, he told me they had made it a few days earlier and then frozen it. They reheated it in the microwave and then passed it through a blowtorch, but only superficially. I asked him if they could find a solution because it was truly inedible, and he left without an answer. I'm a little shocked, but fortunately the manager resolved the issue very professionally. Otherwise, nothing to say: everything was very good, except for the desserts.

We love it, and now they've changed many of the menu items. What can I say, it's delicious! We've had the special carpaccio twice because it's so good, made with zucchini blossoms—super crunchy on the inside and juicy on the outside. The mango rolls are amazing! But you have to try all the special ones!! They also have a really nice room with booths… I recommend it!!

Elegant restaurant with comfortable velvet chairs, also suitable for families. The sushi is very good, but the pieces are a bit too large. The staff is friendly and attentive. The desserts are a bit disappointing.

One of the best sushi restaurants I have been to in Torino. The food was amazing, the staff makes sure we were okay with the ordering of foods. The service was amazing 😻 I really enjoyed my time here.

15/11/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for many years. It's definitely the best in Pinerolo and the surrounding area. It's nothing like the all-you-can-eat restaurants. The food here has a distinctive flavor. The grilled fish is very good. Good value. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

13/08/2025: The food is good, the problem is that the evening menu is too limited. I've never seen such a limited all-you-can-eat menu in my life; you can only order shrimp skewers, sashimi, and many other dishes twice, while other restaurants offer unlimited options in the evening. In fact, to remove the limits, you have to pay an extra €10. "I could understand" the sashimi, but the shrimp skewers in all restaurants are unlimited, even at lunch. I recommend removing the limits because people, as soon as they come in, think they're going to pay less at other restaurants and eat more. I'm not celiac, but my friend is. Unfortunately, when we came in, we left right before ordering because there was gluten almost everywhere, so if you have a gluten intolerance, it's best not to come here. I will continue to order sushi at home because I really like it, but without going to the restaurant itself; The only flaw is that they are a bit late with orders, sometimes 30-40 minutes late.
