Locale elegante in centro a Biella. Non affollato nonostante fosse sabato sera. Servizio attento ed educato. Piatti raffinati e particolari. Porzioni adeguate, non abbondanti ma volutamente e perfette per il nostro tipo di idea del cibo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò volentieri

I booked a table for two for dinner in this restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's graduation. I chose quite blindly, but I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my experience in this place. The booking was made conveniently on their website in just a few steps and the confirmation email arrived promptly. Sartoria presents itself as a very clean and "minimal" restaurant both in its furnishings and in its mise en place, which gives a tone of elegance but without being too stuffy. In short, a good compromise for those who want a formal dinner, but without taking themselves too seriously. The menu offers both gluten-free dishes and vegetarian choices, a good selection of starters and desserts and a tasting menu. The dishes we took were all well thought out and well made, generous portions that did not fall into excess and careful plating. The service was one of the best parts: we were put at ease straight away and were treated like real guests and not just customers (it sounds stupid but it's not so obvious). Give the waiter a raise. The bill was consistent with what we ate and, when there is such pleasant service, I am also happy to spend. Highly recommended!

Ottimo il servizio, ottimo i prodotti, ottima la pesentazione,ottimo il rapporto qualita' prezzo. Eccezion fatta per il Giaduiotto........SPAZIALE..dovrebbero vietarvelo perche' provoca dipendenza. Complimenti a tutta l'equipe della Sartoria. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi.
