Nice place on the roof of the building in the center of Biella, but too many flies and mosquitoes we had to leave, cost of two platters for 4 people and 4 cocktails and 1 water €198

Una bella serata di giovedì con i colleghi. Il format proposto per l'apericena originale e i piatti serviti di buona qualità. Apprezzati i cocktail e anche i dolci. Molto personale a disposizione. Locale pulito. DJ set con musica di sottofondo che permette comunque di chiacchierare. Tornerò a provare il ristorante.

4 of us ate last night, the food was good but not exactly a 10/10 max 7.5/10. Apart from these we were amazed by the professionalism of the waiter, I think his name was Gregori, very good, kind but above all professional, congratulations and thanks for everything.

La Sartoria è sempre il top. Andiamo spesso a cena con amici in questo ristorante e ci troviamo sempre benissimo. Cibo ottimo, location splendida e personale gentilissimo. Non delude mai. Super consigliato.

⭐⭐⭐ TRULY SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE ⭐⭐⭐you absolutely must come and try it. A bounty of flavours. Very pleasant to look at and taste... not to mention the service.... professionalism and kindness... I will return 💯💯💯💯💯

09/05/2024: conosco il locale molto bene e lo ritengo fra i migliori del biellese. ottima cucina non banale e sempre ricercata. personale cordiale e disponibile. un locale che raccomando. peccato le dimensioni che purtroppo comportano che spesso non ci sia posto. meriterebbero un locale leggermente rinnovato e più grande ma per gli affezionati va bene così .. bravissimi
