Sarsa Verde In Livorno

Local seafront in Livorno, enjoys a good view of the "Ardenza" marina. The venue has seats both inside and on a small lawn. Friendly dining room staff. Fast service. The pizza is "Neapolitan" style, with a high "cornice", well-leavened dough and good ingredients. Average price. At the entrance there is a good selection of "steaks" which at least visually looked great!!!

Very nice place, small, but thanks to the windows all around you don't notice much! We ate their pizzas, two different flavors, they were both excellent. Light dough, cooked to perfection and excellent quality ingredients! The service is excellent, the lady very friendly, welcoming and nice. It puts the customer at ease, right from the moment they enter the restaurant. Fair price for the service and the pizzas. Truly congratulations!

Definitely rate this place for the pizza is an understatement but tonight we ate that so I can't do anything differently. There are quite a few pizzas on the menu but none particularly struck me (there was always one ingredient more or less than I would have liked) but in the end I chose a boscaiola where, to stay on the subject of extra ingredients and less, I would have preferred without pumpkin cream but I didn't remove it to taste it as proposed. The pizza as a whole far exceeds the sufficiency but I have certainly eaten better ones. It also seemed small and under-seasoned to me. The place is nice although on the external veranda closed by glass, once full, the noise echoes and it is difficult to hear who is sitting in front of you. The service was punctual. In conclusion, if I had to come back here for the pizza I wouldn't, but to try the meat I definitely would.

Exceptional pizza, quality dough and excellent raw materials. Service ok. If I wanted to find a flaw it's that the place is a bit noisy but on a super full Saturday night I think it's normal. Advised

Yesterday at lunch with a large group of friends we had a great time. At first I thought they would make us wait a long time (we ordered a lot of pizzas) but instead they were super quick, we had lunch outside given the beautiful day... The pizza was very tasty. I will definitely be happy to return to try the other dishes. Thank you

I was a customer (more by chance than by choice) together with friends of this pizza restaurant and it was a great discovery. We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism (despite the late hour) and were assigned a table under the covered pergola. The menu includes, in addition to pizzas, a nice offering of various cuts and qualities of meat. The pizzas we ate (a 'Nduja and a Lucifero) were really good and with an excellent dough: light and well-leavened. Beer and coffee were also good, and the bill was adequate for how much we consumed. I had never been before, but now I know where to go back to eat when I return to Livorno.
