Sardineri In Modolo

My boyfriend and I ate a pizza ortolana and a quattro formaggi, the vegetables in the ortolana were salted just right, in the quattro formaggi a truly exceptional pecorino, and the dough was light, the prices were average.

Thin pizza, excellent quality ingredients. We chose the Drigo pizza (tuna ricotta) and a Modolese (fried aubergines and various cheeses. As a dessert, tiramisu and creme brulee. Super good). Kind staff. Average prices. In summer you can admire a wonderful sunset from the terrace. To try again

The pizzas were super tasty and the tiramisu was at least as good - value for money is absolutely top!

By reading the previous comments I let myself be tempted and It's really worth the detour. 10 minutes from the center of Bosa and its hustle and bustle. You gain height, nice view from the terrace. Pizzas for all tastes with thin crust and cooked over a wood fire. A treat and they are huge. Very competitive price. 9 euros for a 4 cheese. Don't even hesitate

Wie letztes Jahr, waren wir auch dieses Jahr im Urlaub hier zu Besuch zum Essen. Eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre und super nette Bedienungen. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker ❤️ Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Wiedersehen

Thin, large, well-leavened and digestible pizza. Quality ingredients. We loved it! Friendly and welcoming staff, the place was full and despite this we were given the right amount of attention, we were served quickly and the pizzas arrived at the table all together. Very honest price. Compliments!
