Sardineri In Modolo

I came here to try their pizza dough, which they tell me is left to rise for a long time. I can confirm: the pizza is extremely easy to digest, not at all rubbery, very thin, with a slight crust. The service is very fast and the staff is friendly.

Very good pizzeria, one of the best we ate since we arrived in Sardinia. Highly recommended the cacio e guanciale. Good and local products, the staff is young and really welcoming. Excellent for a quiet, fresh dinner, away from the chaos.

The best Italian cuisine in a quiet village atmosphere. The pizza was excellent, I immediately ordered a second one. The desserts were also plentiful, with plenty of choice. For example, panna cotta in five different variations. Want a bottle of (mineral) water for the way home? - no problem, it can be refilled cheaply at the nearby water station. If I ever come back to this area, I'll definitely go back to this excellent (and only) village restaurant.
