Careful dishes, even simple, but perfect, impeccable service, "no comment" cost. I recommend it both as an experience of entering a school "laboratory" for the user and giving training experience to students who interact with real customers. 4 stars only because it cannot be considered "excellence", but 5 stars for the initiative.

Prima esperienza decisamente positiva. Servizio ottimo, molto meglio di altri locali, considerando che si tratta di un ristorante dove, chi ci lavora, sta frequentando ancora la scuola alberghiera. Menù ottimo e soddisfa tutte le esigenze. Piatti belli da vedere e soprattutto buoni. Bravi, avanti così
