Sapori Mediterranei - Ristorante Pizzeria In Trento

Recently, my partner and I stopped for lunch at the “Sapori Mediterranei” restaurant while we were passing through. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered two Margherita pizzas and a bottle of water. The pizza dough was undercooked and the toppings were excessive, with too much mozzarella which made everything wet and mushy. The pizza didn't cut, it was heavy and remained on our stomachs for the rest of the day. To top it off, the bill was almost €30, which we thought was exorbitant for the quality of the food and the simplicity of the meal.

Business lunch, excellent value for money, quick and friendly service. Advised !

Location 4/5: venue located near the Trento stadium, willingly uses the San Severino car park located 50 meters away which gives it an extra point. Nice location, tidy and clean, good outdoor space, tables perhaps a little too close together. Reducing a few covers would be perfect. Service 5/5: fast service, friendly and helpful waiters. To be evaluated during the weekend. Quality-price 4/5: honest prices, in line with the competition but in my opinion high. The pizzas are good, large and tasty, with a wide choice. In my opinion they sin on the appetizers, they could include something more to entice the customer to take something. Average 4/5: a pleasant discovery in Trento to eat a good pizza. The location is a good move as it takes advantage of both the proximity to the center and the public parking. Good pizzas and good staff. Promoted this week. We'll see you soon at the weekend with maybe something from the kitchen. I will gladly return!

Ogni volta che vado in questo Ristorante pizzeria è sempre al top, piatti a base di pesce e cucina della tradizione campana veramente squisiti, pizza favolosa con impasto alto, morbidissimo e digeribile, ingredienti di ottima qualità! Il locale è molto pulito ed elegante nella sua semplicità, coperto con tovaglie e tovaglioli in tessuto e complementi di buon livello. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e simpatico, compreso il titolare Felice, persona molto cordiale. Inoltre logisticamente è molto comodo da raggiungere, si trova adiacente al centro storico e c'è un ampio parcheggio a 50 metri. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Magnificent. In my opinion, the best pizza in Trento. The standard is very high. I brought my mother-in-law who never eats anything and today in this magnificent restaurant we even ate the dish.

Delicious gluten-free pizza. Abundant and really good dishes, left satisfied.

So: I've known this place for a long time and I can say that the pizza is really good. However, I'm sorry I can't say the same thing about the service: returning from a long day away from home I decided to stop for a quick pizza before returning home. The day was terrible (deluge!) and we were the first customers. We are accompanied by the waiter (who I recommend smiling a little more, which never hurts) to a nice place, on the veranda, where it was too cold for me. I point this out, asking for a seat inside if possible; I am told that it is as cold inside as the door is open! I dined with the jacket (and like me, an elderly lady from the next table). More attention to customer needs, thank you!
