We had lunch here during a day spent in Cuneo. Given the house specialty and the name of the restaurant, we decided to share a platter or a rectangular pizza topped in two ways, tasty and plentiful. Fair price quality. Friendly staff.

Atomic Pizza. I got a pepperoni. A perfect dough, crunchy and at times, in the most cooked parts, a breadstick flavour! It amazed me. I would come back. The place is also structured for families with children: there is a small vase for them. At noon, not crowded. Fast, also kitchen as well as pizzeria. Here people talk little and work a lot. Chapeau. The Tiramisu is also excellent.

The place is simple, friendly staff, cleanliness ok, the pizza is good but lacks a bit of leavening, good raw materials, normal prices.

I can only express my opinion on the pizza in this case the classic margherita. I would say that I found the mozzarella rubbery as soon as it cools down a little it becomes super rubbery. Nice atmosphere, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Young and dynamic guys preparing the pizzas. We will also try other types of pizza but then there are also sweet vegetables...

09/12/2024: Con la tradición casi extinta en Langhe y Roero regiones de Piemonte, es una delicia poder visitar Agriturismo Malabaila. Es una deliciosa escapada al pasado donde la comida es deliciosa y el servicio personal y amable. Stefania y su madre conservan incansablemente la cucina piemontesa tradicional y el modelo trattoria de no menú. Independientemente de qué primi o secondi se ofrezcan, los antipasti incluyen la insalata russa más deliciosa que he comido en mis 25 años visitando Piemonte. Y no te pierdas el gelato fiori di latte infundido con ron de postre.
