A high-end culinary experience. The place is very nice and welcoming; we'd been there before and it was confirmed, with pleasant and discreet service. Just out of concern, a small criticism of the carasau bread, which wasn't the freshest. We tried all the tasting menus, and they were top-notch. Danilo

A must-visit if you want to spend an evening in a warm, welcoming, elegant, yet homey atmosphere. Quiet, with background music to accompany your conversations, in a beautifully furnished and appointed space. The food is divine and the service is excellent. The quality of this place in the city is honestly unmatched.

A fantastic experience, dishes with attention to detail and very, very good. Punctual service, courtesy and a smile from both the staff and the owners. Essenza Bistrot is truly worth a visit.

Excellent little restaurant in the center of Olbia (it's hard to find one of this caliber downtown). The dishes are predominantly fish-based. During the winter, they host various evenings dedicated to a particular dish; for example, I went to the boiled meat evening. The chef's signature homemade bread is excellent! And the desserts are also very delicate and refined.

✨ An exceptional culinary experience in Olbia! ✨ Elegant atmosphere, impeccable service and spectacular dishes, both visually and in taste. The tuna, dessert and presentation of the plates were absolutely memorable. A place where every detail counts – we will definitely be back! 🌿🍷We ordered the 85 euro Essenza and Clasico menu. Delicious and enough as a portion.

The food was good, the wine selection was excellent; the price/performance ratio was excellent; the menu is highly recommended, and the à la carte menu also looked very good! We'd be happy to return!

26/09/2025: Very friendly owners, great food, and amazing pizza (thin, crispy, fresh, with a special pizzaiolo!). I spent a week in the apartment there and it was very quiet, beautiful, and delicious. I highly recommend it. The restaurant has very good prices and everything is fresh, with homemade martini/pizzaioli and vegetables from local growers. I'll definitely be back! The homemade croissants are excellent, as are the homemade croissants for breakfast (reservations are required ;-)) It's best to make a reservation well in advance for dinner; the terrace is nice and spacious but can fill up quickly!

17/10/2025: Everything was perfect. We had the opportunity to enjoy dinner featuring traditional Sardinian cuisine and breakfast.
15/10/2025: Our first meal since arriving on Sardinia but exceeded expectations. Beef, pasta and dessert were all amazing. Affrogato over white truffle ice cream was incredible.
