This restaurant is located on a small street in Olbia. Nice location, friendly staff, and good food! The only downside was that we decided not to order the tasting menu and were told we'd have to order a minimum of two savory dishes (each) from the menu. The portions are very generous, so it was really difficult for us to finish our order, and we were disappointed to waste both food and money.

A wonderful culinary discovery! A cozy atmosphere, and we'll take great care of you! Impeccable and attentive service (the waitress took my bags off the floor and placed them on a small stool, then quickly gave an ashtray to my husband who was smoking in the street). The saffron and gold leaf risotto was exquisite, the tuna steak was perfectly cooked, and the pork was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

We deducted one point for the ambience because it was very busy. The food, however, was divine and really only accessible by plane. Its mention in the Michelin Guide is no coincidence. The service matches the overall rating, although the head waiter is a bit too forward and unwelcoming. But the lady of the house easily makes up for it.

It's delicious, we had a menu with a wine pairing and we really enjoyed it. The flavors are very good and the dishes generous. The terrace is so pretty! The service is professional and friendly. The value for money is really good. A great taste experience. A must-do in Olbia!
