Compared to a very nearby restaurant which also has a Michelin badge, this one is REALLY VERY TASTY. Before we got our dishes - there was a snack waiting for us - bread and matzo and their homemade butter and some cheese with nuts - finger-licking good. For a starter we had pizza (on which they had preserved/marinated tomatoes - the most delicious I have ever eaten in my life and sea bass tartare. For the main course we had duck meatball and steak. For dessert, a phenomenally served chocolate mousse in the form of a pear. I give a separate 50,000 stars for the base of my bag. The service was impeccable, flawless and very nice. The restaurant is very intimate, atmospheric. I highly recommend spending dinner here. Worth it.
Additionally: I am very sorry when we read the reviews of this restaurant where other people put 1 star because they cannot order 2 dishes because what, did they come here to drink water? ... I really do not understand. We are restaurateurs ourselves and it is really sad how people can desecrate the reviews of a restaurant because they cannot understand that this is not a restaurant with 80 tables where a sit-down with 1 glass of wine for 2 is acceptable hours.
This is a unique and intimate place. You can feel special here.

The chef is a visionary madman, highly trained. We had him do it and he truly spoiled us with high class dishes. Very intimate and very clean. Very high quality of ingredients. I got up from the table without heaviness. Very trained and friendly staff and above all non-invasive. Fair price for what you eat

The restaurant is not located in a busy street in Olbia, it is small but well looked after in detail. The staff is kind and welcoming. The bistro menu is made up of a few but well-balanced dishes. We ordered a pizza to share (light dough, excellent ingredients, flavors combined with skill); venison with liquorice: we suggest reviewing the plating and the combination of flavors that is worth the 35 euros of the dish (budget spent instead on the truly exceptional sea gurnard soup); as a dessert, to finish, creme brule with pineapple and amaretto: classic French blended with the tropics and Sardinia, truly excellent quality. It should be noted that we were greeted with a welcome of warm and fragrant walnut bread, mini brioche accompanied by salted butter and guacamole: how delicious! The bill is a little high for a bistro but almost all the dishes were "worth the trip". A place we highly recommend.
