This place is always a guarantee for the quality of its attentive and meticulous service (a rarity these days), excellent food, and attention to detail. The warm walnut bread with salted butter is the absolute highlight. Kudos to the entire dining room and kitchen staff.

We had lots of really good food in Sardinia, but L'Essenza easily stood out from the rest. If you want to eat really well in Olbia (in Sardinia!), you should stop here. Thank you also for the very special myrtle liqueur. (The food was so good that I didn't take a single photo.)

It's worth noting that they only accept people who order two savory dishes per person. So, come hungry. We arrived unaware of this rule and ended up not being able to eat because we weren't that hungry. The service was friendly and very polite when we decided to leave the table. So, I'd like to leave you with my feedback on the well-trained staff and the cozy atmosphere. Even though it's located on the street, it's super quiet and peaceful. I'd definitely come back another day to try the dishes.

This was our second visit to this bistro: the service and welcome were excellent, and the chef's cuisine was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We'll definitely be back. A truly memorable experience... Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is refined, but not overdone. Everything is in the right place, without being overbearing. Essence, indeed! I didn't take any photos because I was too busy enjoying the experience.
