Incredibly low prices at the namesake tavern for absolute quality and quantity. Very welcome offer of aperitif and friscieu .... thank you thank you thank you ... AFTER A YEAR I AM CHANGING THE REVIEW BECAUSE YOU HAVE PUT THE COVER CHARGE AT 3 EUROS. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT VADO LIGURE ON THE AURELIA! IN A HOLE OF A PLACE!

You find everything you are looking for to eat, excellent service, excellent food, possibility of eating on site even if there are few tables. I recommend takeaway food.

We would have liked to eat there. However, it is only open on Friday and Saturday. The selection in the store will make your eyes glaze over and your mouth water. So we took a few things with us. Fresh seafood salad, minestrone with pasta, eggplant with tomatoes and parmesan gratinated (similar to lasagne), artichoke-tuna-mayonnaise salad, omelette with spinach. I could have bought the store empty 😊 It was very very tasty 😋

The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, but not very large. Reservations are recommended. The menu is very good, with plenty of seafood. We ate very well and will definitely return. Open for lunch and evenings on weekends. Congratulations!

04/08/2025: Uno dei ristoranti storici di Albissola, sempre stessa gestione, sempre di qualità. Un bel menù di pesce con ottimi prezzi e piatti cucinati bene ( da sempre). Ottime le cozze ripene, da scarpetta. Molto buoni gli altri piatti. Migliorabile il servizio, ma ho visto che adesso hanno aumentato il numero dei coperti ..... Bravi. Pablera e signora

L'Osteria di San Lorenzo

21/08/2025: Easy to get to (less than a 10-minute drive from the coast). Private parking. The interior is cozy and comfortable, complemented by a lovely terrace for al fresco summer dining. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cuisine is amazing, with both seafood and meat dishes. Everything is delicious, but the capon magro and fish soup are truly exceptional. The wine list is well-stocked and perfectly complements the menu. Excellent value. Simply ESSENTIAL.
17/08/2025: We had two fish appetizers a special capon magro and a mixed seafood platter. Then we shared the mezzelune stuffed with cod and borage. And then two main courses: breaded anchovies (excellent) and grilled calamari. Finally, two desserts: chocolate mousse on filo pastry (amazing) and a delicious cannoli. Overall excellent rating. Recommended restaurant, also worth trying for the kindness of the staff, a rarity in Liguria.
