It was as if old friends had invited us to dinner. Patrizia, in addition to being an excellent cook, is also a culinary school teacher, so together with Luigi, they explain the recipes and the history of the dishes you're enjoying in detail. It was a truly convivial and relaxed evening, so much so that we arrived at 7:00 PM and finished at midnight without realizing it! In short, it's definitely worth a try; if we ever return to Agrigento, we'll definitely be back. Warm regards to our guests, and don't forget Anas the dog, whose wonderful story Luigi will surely tell you.

What an amazing experience and find. Who would have thought that this dining experience wound up being the best meal we had during our trip to Sicily. After booking the reservation online, the hosts were in constant communication from sending us various menus to choose from to confirming their location and date and time. We had an absolutely wonderful evening at this charming home-style dinner. From the moment we stepped into Patrizia and Luigi’s home, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness, which instantly made us feel like part of the family. The cozy, inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for the meal ahead. We had no idea that this would wind up being the best meal and experience we had overall while visitingTaormina, Agrigento, and Catania. The food was truly exceptional—each dish was crafted with love and showcased authentic, flavorful ingredients. The food was endless - from family- style appetizers such as stuffed sardines and delicious homemade caponata to homemade pasta, savory fried fish dishes, fresh vegetables, and outstanding wine. It was clear that a lot of passion, love, and care went into every plate, making the meal not just delicious but also heartfelt. What really stood out was the personal touch—the stories behind each dish, the thoughtful presentation, and the genuine hospitality. It felt like enjoying a favorite family recipe in the comfort of someone’s home, which made the experience all the more special. What made it feel even more like home was their beautiful and friendly dog Anas. I highly recommend this home-style dinner to anyone looking for a cozy, flavorful, and memorable culinary experience that feels like a warm hug.
