A treasure trove! I discovered this wonderful restaurant more by chance and I'm absolutely thrilled. Authentic Roman cuisine, friendly staff, loud and authentic, with lots of locals. That's how it should be. I went back the very next day...

The restaurant aims to recreate the old Roman taverns, with a classic menu (Amatriciana, cacio e pepe, carbonara, boiled meatballs, etc.), all well-cooked. The service is very fast! Recommended!

We stopped here on the very first evening of our visit to Rome. The restaurant is on a street and therefore not exactly quiet. However, the traffic isn't particularly heavy in the evening, so it's easily bearable. We spontaneously got a table outside around 8:00 p.m. The service was very friendly, and we felt welcome. I had a carbonara because it's native to Rome. My girlfriend had a pinsa diavola. Both dishes were absolutely world-class. I wouldn't call ourselves professionals, but we've been coming to Italy annually for 21 years, and the food here was above average. It was so good that on the second evening, we were undecided about where to go because it was so good and we didn't want to be disappointed. So we went again. I had the amatriciana, and my girlfriend had another pinsa. It's a pinsa-style pizza... The tomato sauce for the pinsa and amatriciana is definitely different from what I'm used to in Italy. The sauce is incredibly fruity and aromatic. 🤤 The waitress (I assume it was the manager) recognized us and we sat back at our table. The place fills up in the evening until there's no room left. Well... we always went there from then on and weren't disappointed, until one day... we were in Trastevere and I wanted to compare. It was good, but it didn't even come close to the taste quality of the sauces at Sapori Di Casa. Starting tomorrow, I'm going back there until I leave. So far, I've had the fish tartare, ajo ojo, and you should eat everything with the homemade pasta. My girlfriend is wheat intolerant, but she can eat everything here without any problems. So it must be something special. ❤️🥰 All the pinse and the homemade pasta with any sauce are recommended. I had the fish and loved it. 👍🏼 I don't want to eat anywhere else when I'm in Rome. And neither does my girlfriend. 🤷🏻‍♂️ A quick update: definitely try the appetizers. Fiore di zucca or Filetto di bacala 🤤 Everything is so sinfully delicious. Fish as a starter or main course. 🥰🙏🏼 I think we'll have to come back again this year. The staff is consistently authentically friendly and unobtrusive. Thanks for the great evenings 🙏🏼

What a lovely evening!! The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff pampers you, and the food is delicious.

It's served by its owners, he cheerful and good-natured, she casual. The kitchen is wonderful, the location is great.

I accidentally found everything good, from the gnocchi alla matriciana to the fried meatballs.

Excellent carbonara, good squid, meatballs in sauce (only two), overpriced at €14. Carboara was served with a €2 surcharge for serving fresh pasta without requesting it; I don't recommend it. Lastly, the bathroom was poorly cleaned.

Sono passata davanti a questo locale decine di volte andando alla stazione Termini. Senza mai entrare. Finalmente venerdì scorso ho pranzato qui con amici e sono rimasta più che soddisfatta. Tutto ottimo. Dalle bruschette (pane e pomodori eccellenti) ai pici fatti in casa con crema di broccoli e alici ai biscotti-dolcetti guarniti con corn-flakes. Unica pecca non aver potuto scegliere la pasta corta perché avevano solo quella lunga. E prezzi un filino alti. Comunque ci tornerei....anzi, ci tornerò!

Pranzo veloce di lavoro, menù essenziale ma concreto tra cui pietanze tipiche della cucina tradizionale romana assolutamente da provare. Personale di sala giovane ed anche ben organizzato, tra i servizi e gli spostamenti dei tavoli da dentro a fuori sono riusciti comunque a svolgere bene il loro lavoro. Non ho badato ai tempi di attesa delle portate perché era davvero una giornata particolare..nel complesso consiglio di andarci.
