In my opinion the place is overrated. I have been there twice and both times the dishes were neither good nor bad. The first time I ate a variation of the grey (I honestly don't remember the details) that was floating in oil. I hope they didn't sweat the bacon in the oil!!! Lately I ate tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Tasteless pasta, raw porcini mushrooms and oil at the bottom of the plate. Good appetizers instead. Fast service and very polite staff.

EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! Helpful, kind and even fun staff. We took several dishes and I guarantee that even if you are not hungry, come in and eat at least the UNFORGETTABLE tiramisu! we will definitely be back! Thanks to all the staff!

A top-notch dinner. Roman dishes in full compliance with protocol. A carbonara to die for. Warm atmosphere, excellent service. The owner in the dining room makes you feel at home. An unmissable stop.

Excellent dinner, attentive, precise and fast service. Very friendly staff. A real and beautiful Roman trattoria. The staff's t-shirts are very nice. When we return to Rome we will definitely come to dinner at Trattoria Sapori di Roma. Congratulations

Excellent cuisine. I ate a very good cacio e pepe. My daughter had an excellent carbonara. Next time I return to Rome, I will come to eat again.

Sono passata davanti a questo locale decine di volte andando alla stazione Termini. Senza mai entrare. Finalmente venerdì scorso ho pranzato qui con amici e sono rimasta più che soddisfatta. Tutto ottimo. Dalle bruschette (pane e pomodori eccellenti) ai pici fatti in casa con crema di broccoli e alici ai biscotti-dolcetti guarniti con corn-flakes. Unica pecca non aver potuto scegliere la pasta corta perché avevano solo quella lunga. E prezzi un filino alti. Comunque ci tornerei....anzi, ci tornerò!

Pranzo veloce di lavoro, menù essenziale ma concreto tra cui pietanze tipiche della cucina tradizionale romana assolutamente da provare. Personale di sala giovane ed anche ben organizzato, tra i servizi e gli spostamenti dei tavoli da dentro a fuori sono riusciti comunque a svolgere bene il loro lavoro. Non ho badato ai tempi di attesa delle portate perché era davvero una giornata particolare..nel complesso consiglio di andarci.

05/07/2025: Everything was good, the tongs, the aperitif was good, the starter was good and generous, the desserts were a bit sparse but good, the parking was also ok, overall I consider it an excellent restaurant for everyone.
05/07/2025: We came across this restaurant by chance. Family atmosphere with rustic structure. Immediately served with abundant dishes. Excellent value for money. For two we had a portion of fettuccine with mushrooms, 2 second courses of meat, a side dish of super expertly sautéed chicory and a bottle of water Total cost 70 euros
