A beautiful place...how could it be if every alley in Ostuni is worth a historical novel? But the interior is also well-kept and clean.
Excellent service. The guys smile and proudly talk about their dishes, traditions, and a bit of culture.
To be honest, I was hesitant to eat there given the menu, because I found it too "homemade." Instead, it's spot on: it feels like eating at home, with exceptional, fresh products. In short, a few items, but good and carefully prepared with quality ingredients. I wasn't so thrilled with the orecchiette with turnip tops and burrata, but I'll start with the dairy-based issue.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. It was simply the busiest place, so we figured it must be good. And indeed, the food was delicious, though I've had better. The portions were decent, so you won't leave hungry. Unfortunately, there was no wow factor. Regardless, I recommend it.

Lovely trattoria we stumbled across as we were looking to try a local and authentic dish. The Orrichiette did not disappoint and seemed a popular choice in this very busy restaurant. The service was great and WC was clean.
It was a very windy evening when we visited so chose to sit inside but outdoor seating was available in the little cobbled street.

Abbiamo scelto di provare questo posto per le recensioni positive. Camerieri gentili. Prezzi forse un po’ sotto la media per essere Ostuni centro storico però il cibo niente di speciale. Abbiamo preso antipasto con formaggio pecorino e marmellata. Un cucchiaino scarso. Pecorino…non sono un esperta ma in Puglia mangio da anni e non mi è sembrato dei migliori. Idem per orecchiette con polpette e per fave con cicoria e burrata. Burrate mangiate di molto migliori. Peró insomma non è che abbiamo mangiato male. È che se vado al ristorante vorrei mangiare meglio.

Esperienze in linea con quello che ci si aspetta da una trattoria del genere. Tagliere top, orecchiette molto buone ma consiglio quelle normali o con cime di rape piuttosto che con stracciatella (il tutto si amalgama troppo e diventa a pappina). Prezzi leggermente alti i per i prodotti offerti
