I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant known for its succulent seafood, but today I was deeply impressed. The cuberolle I tasted was simply extraordinary: tender, succulent, and perfectly cooked, with the perfect balance of flavors that only a cuisine that pays attention to detail can provide. As soon as we arrived in Marta and were strolling along the lakeside, we met an elderly Marta resident who recommended this restaurant, about 500 meters from the lake. Naturally, the recommendation was readily accepted, and it proved to be an excellent restaurant with generous, well-prepared and delicious first courses and a wide selection of meats and cured meats. The chickpea, mushroom, and chestnut soup was excellent, but what about the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and ombrichelli with cardoncelli mushrooms and sausage? All washed down with an excellent bottle of house red wine (a rarity). A special mention goes to the oil served as a condiment...it was delicious on bland bread and a little salt. Overall, absolutely recommended. Oh, I forgot...very honest! If we ever find ourselves in this area again...we know where to eat.

Excellent food selection, unparalleled quality, eel and fish from Lake Bolsena and the sea, a menu that leaves nothing to be desired, steak, beef tartare, a cozy atmosphere, and the best part...normal prices! Thanks Elena for the tip, we'll be back!

I loved it because the food is truly delicious and the menu offers many quality dishes: carefully selected, not for everyone, especially the meats and cheeses. The service is pleasantly friendly and professional, with expert staff (hard to find these days). The place is well-kept, spacious, and stylish.

Sono stata ieri sera a cena in questo Ristorante con le mie amiche. Definirei nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Cibo buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato il pesce, era fresco e cucinato egregiamente. Complimenti anche al ragazzo che molto professionalmente ci ha servito, molto preparato e gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
