We had a great evening, very clean and welcoming place, qualified staff, excellent food (fish), we will definitely be back to try their grilled meats. Compliments !!!!!!!

Restaurant with attention to service and cuisine. Friendly staff. Excellent quality meat and fish menu (both lake and sea), with great attention to raw materials, which is evident when tasting the dishes. You can experience the tasting of excellent quality meats from different parts of the world. Great attention to the wine, for the choice of which you are advised and followed by a highly trained maitre sommelier, who always knows how to indicate the right bottle, making the dinner a complete experience. Highly recommended

Relaxing holiday on Lake Bolsena we found this restaurant in the village of Marta, a real revelation, 4 of us took a platter of local cured meats and, Wow, delicious prawn cocktails, good mixed bruschetta followed by delicious sheep's roasts, fried tender and fried calamari properly, an Australian Angus could be cut with a fork cooked rare but with an absurd softness, very interesting price, I recommend it to everyone

I had already been there years ago and came back. Everything was excellent, well cooked and the service was attentive and friendly. We took the fish menu, both sea and lake, all delicious. The price is a little higher than the lake view restaurants but the quality is certainly better. Advise

Sono stato in questo locale domenica 28/04/24 per cena con un amico. Ho preso un antipasto di Anguilla Marinata, un secondo di grigliata mista di pesce e un dolce al gusto Ferrero Rocher. Il locale è molto spazioso, ordinato, ben pulito e moderno. Il servizio molto disponibile e cordiale. Unica pecca l'ho trovata sulla qualità del cibo che non mi ha fatto impazzire. L'anguilla l'ho trovata abbastanza forte come sapore e ho fatto fatica a digerire. La grigliata l'ho trovata un po' misera come porzione. Riguardo al conto credo di aver speso il giusto. Abbiamo apprezzato lo sconto fatto dal proprietario.

Abbiamo trovato migliorato il ristorante. Ben ristrutturato e ottimo il servizio. Buono il pesce di lago. Un locale dove ritorneremo.

01/12/2024: We arrive at 7.30pm. They let us sit. We were two adults, a 2 and a half year old boy and a 10 month old girl who didn't eat (she touched half a slice of bread). We ask for the IKEA type high chair and they tell us they only have the wooden one. Ok, let's order food. Everything was quite good, apart from the scallop I bought for the child which was very tall and stringy (and in fact he wasn't able to eat it). After a while, some people arrive (family friends of the facility) and the IKEA-style high chair magically appears. We finish eating and ask for the bill. I repeat, normal prices, but you can't make me pay for the service for a 10 month old girl who has practically not eaten. Not to mention that our table was set for two, the third place setting was missing (we made do with the wine glasses for the child to drink).
19/11/2024: Restaurant with a wide local and non-local choice, good raw materials, in particular I ate an exaggerated polenta ragù and porcini mushrooms, delicious grilled second courses, I will gladly return

30/11/2024: I stayed in this hotel for a week for work reasons. The room is large and has a loft design. Although it is winter, the heating is always sufficient. There are dedicated office areas and dining areas. The Internet is very fast (much better than mini palace) and quiet. It is very suitable for meetings and work. If you drive to Viterbo, you can consider staying here. It is very cost-effective and has a supporting restaurant. You can communicate with their waiter Vera in advance about the breakfast time and content.
07/09/2024: Beautiful evening in this enchanting place, we ate very well, the staff were very kind. I highly recommend it to everyone.
