Sante le muse is a magical place, the location and the dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail, the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff made the dinner an unforgettable experience. A special greeting to Fabiana, an exquisite person.

For the first time we came to this place known on the internet. As soon as we arrived we found a truly beautiful location with a homely atmosphere. As soon as we sat down we asked for the menu twice which obviously never arrived. After a long wait we asked for the attention of a waiter who showed us the dishes of the day (without indicating prices and without bringing the menu) we opted for the choices based on his indications. The food was of good average quality but nothing exceptional. Not having the menu we couldn't choose anything else including dessert or coffee since we weren't even asked. When we arrived at the checkout, we were given the bill blindly and with a 4 euro discount which didn't make much sense. I would say the experience was ruined by the poor organization of the staff. But as I'm passing through I'm unlikely to return.

An exciting experience! From the first moment you find yourself in another world! After 25 years I still felt the flavors of all the ingredients in my mouth. Ask the owner to be able to admire the stars thanks to an exciting black out that made you dream of being in a fairy tale! Thank you for existing... we asked to return before leaving and the very sweet owner gave us this magic once again.

Today I'm the one telling you about my experience... unfortunately I can't eat Onion about a week ago I contacted the owner (Mrs. Fabiana) I explained my problem and I booked dinner for last night. My partner and I are welcomed with one-of-a-kind kindness. Just after we sit at our table, Fabiana arrives and introduces herself and tells me that she made some dishes for me without onion (for the first time someone has really thought about their customers). We ate a lot and the food was really fresh. and excellent. Top quality products all coming from the garden. I was especially pleased that Fabiana (and also the staff) approached the table asking how the evening was going. I advise all those who feel like complaining about nothing to stay calmly at home. Outdoor location, spectacular and fairytale-like. See you next time and thank you

Having dinner at this farmhouse was an unforgettable experience. The place is very well looked after and, from the first impact, you have the impression of taking a dive into the past. Excellent food, from local appetizers through first courses to second courses and side dishes. Dream atmosphere and impeccable service with kind and welcoming staff. At the end of the evening, the owner briefly told us her story and it was a pleasure to listen, above all, to her pride and love towards her land. I highly recommend this place.❤️

5* experience. The owner is a fantastic person. The table staff is also very friendly. The food is fantastic and very homemade. (It is worth appreciating the fact that it is practically self-producing almost 100%). A true experience of typical Apulian cuisine. Super recommended.
