27/08/2025: As I passed by, I noticed they were selling salchipapa and chicken hearts. I didn't know they ate this in Peru and I was very excited. The salchipapa a lo pobre (that's what the dish is called) was delicious. However, when I ordered the hearts, the waiter didn't understand and brought us another dish called anticuchos, which was very tasty, but it wasn't what we had ordered. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The passion fruit juice was spectacular.
