The best brioches I've ever eaten

Small, very well kept environment. Beautiful selection of delicious pastries but also carefully prepared sandwiches for a quick lunch break.

I have been going for many years to this world class pasticcerie. Sandra does the most beautiful cakes - big and small. The breakfast pastries are the best I have ever tasted. And my favorite are the savory “sandwiches”. Lots of extra treats to buy. Cappuccino is amazing. Fresh orange juice delicious. It can get very busy but who cares? Place where every local who matters goes to from all walks of life. Wonderful family with a proud Lucchese tradition and history.

Very nice pastry shop, I go there often, the only flaw is that it's not for everyone, it's a little expensive.

A meditation to have breakfast here in the morning

Good morning, I'm writing this review to confirm many things already written by others, I live in Pistoia and I was here this morning for the first time on the advice of a colleague. The staff is very kind, the location is elegant but a little narrow, the assortment of sweet and savory products is varied and of high quality, the prices are on average for the excellent pastry shops in 2024, I'll update you on the prices which are not specified on the receipt: croissant empty €1.70, pistachio croissant €2.00, cream croissant €1.90, deca macchiatone €1.60... and in my opinion they are all worth it, especially if you look at the prices of many bars without a laboratory who have the usual pastries that they buy from external pastry shops and not only are they unwatchable and inedible, but they charge at least €1.20 for them. I don't feel like giving the fifth star only for the lack (already mentioned by other customers) of hygiene due to the fact that the fresh products are displayed inside a sliding display case which is opened to take them in the presence of the customers, seated by a side and standing on the other. In the second case I'm right next door and I happened to witness the scene of customers talking and choosing with the window open... and as we all know, even if involuntarily, almost all of us spit a little while we talk. I hope that the managers of this business can welcome this review not as a criticism but as a stimulus to try to resolve this only flaw, even if I realize that the place was quite busy and therefore it will not be a priority, apparently not from everyone perceives the discomfort I have exposed. The best cornetto with crema that I’ve eaten in Italy – and I’ve eaten a lot of them. Wonderful bakery, excellent coffee, kind and attentive staff. Always busy for a reason. A+.

Staying in the area as a tourist. Popped in on a Sunday morning and was greeted by the most beautiful man who spoke English for us with patience. Pastries matched the service- 10/10 and the coffee smelt delicious. Had a real local feel- but very kind to everyone.
