A fairly unremarkable hotel in Chiavari. Excellent location, facing the sea and nestled on the town's long promenade, close to numerous bars and restaurants. I've read some very negative reviews, but it's still a 2-star hotel! The towels were very soft, the beds were absolutely average, and the room was clean. The only flaw was the shower stall (which, in Liguria, is sometimes optional): it could use a new one. Parking is obviously not included as the hotel is located on the seafront, and it's obvious that nearby parking is paid (again, we're in Liguria and close to the promenade). The staff is helpful, especially Mrs. Paola. There are numerous free beaches in front of the hotel. Breakfast is not included, as are all other meals.

We stayed two nights. We chose the room with a balcony, which has a great view, and the ramp to the beach is just a few steps away. The room was comfortable and good value for the price. We hesitated to stay here because we saw so many negative reviews, but the staff was very friendly and available to help or assist with anything we needed.

The hotel is in an inconvenient location as it is in the middle of a pedestrian area and a toll road. The only hope for parking is Via Buenos Aires. The living room was a bit cramped but had a nice view. I would point out some difficulty in communicating with the staff.

A good experience, shame about the non-existent air conditioning which could be a problem on a hot summer day

The quiet location while being close to pleasant tourist places. View directly on the seafront, convenient parking, very courteous and helpful staff, simple structure but with a good quality-price balance. Pet friendly.
