I stopped for lunch after hiking to Cima Grappa, without a reservation. They were helpful and quick. Good service, good food, and fair prices.

My partner and I stopped here on our way back from a hike to Cima Grappa. We arrived without a reservation, and they found us a table and served us perfect first and second courses... tagliolini with venison ragù, followed by mixed grill and rib-eye steak with vegetables. The dessert was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful, accidental discovery, highly recommended (more than satisfied with the vegetarian options available—polenta, mushrooms, and local cheese, and the best gnocchi with butter and sage I've ever eaten). Everything homemade, welcoming atmosphere.

We stumbled upon it by chance without a reservation. They welcomed us anyway, and we had a wonderful meal. The homemade gnocchi were amazing! Highly recommended!

05/09/2025: Awesome atmosphere, both inside and outside. Wonderful service, delicious food, and great wine selection. We've been returning here for many dinners over the summer, and it was always an amazing experience. Pet friendly!!
18/08/2025: We had a delicious dinner on the pleasant terrace. Everything we tried was delicious and the service was good too. The menu is not very long and the prices are a bit higher than average (as is usually the case in hotel restaurants), but considering the quality of the food, everything was fine. The name Bistrot is a bit confusing, because it is a good level restaurant.
