A good trattoria away from the central areas, but the food is no less delicious. The wine was also good. The only thing is that I would like to update the interior a little and the prices are a little high. This is a great place for a relaxing dinner.

I would not recommend to order seabass. Other dishes were very good. Good service, warm and cosy.

Locale pulito e tranquillo, molto accogliente e confortevole con personale gentile, preparato e discreto. Con sala interna riservata, bancone e plateatico esterno. Il cibo è fresco e buono preparato dagli chef. In caso di prenotazione anticipata si possono richiedere fuori menù extra. Sebbene facciano pasta fresca e piatti espressi particolari e gustosi può essere comodo anche per pasti più veloci e più economici come cicchetti freschi, piatti misti. Ottimi anche gli hamburger L’ho provato in tutte le salse, anche per semplice degustazione vini. Su prenotazione è possibile riservare per compleanni, lauree ed eventi vari. Sono soddisfatta e così chi con me l’ha provato e ci é poi ritornato. Diciamo che è possibile mangiare cose fresche a prezzi accessibili.

In addition to the excellent food, what makes this place truly special is Mr. Bruno, an exquisite person who told us incredible stories and legends about Venice, from the history of the Spritz to the tradition of creamed cod up to the birth of the bacari. Don't miss it! We will definitely be back!

If you are in Venice and are looking for an authentic corner where you can live an unforgettable culinary experience, you cannot miss Salvmeria. This place embodies the essence of the Venetian "bacari" but with a touch of modernity that will surprise you. Here the cicchetti are a true work of art with bold and perfectly balanced combinations. Cooking goes beyond simply "doing it well": each dish is a small exploration of flavours, where the attention to the combination of tastes and textures is obsessive.

Sparse menu, little choice, between the pretentious and the out of place (rigatoni alla carbonara in Venice!) with a bit of Sicily...Staff: one friendly and helpful, the other decidedly less empathetic and almost abrupt (but perhaps it wasn't in the evening ). First courses between 18 and 25 euros. Seconds 22-28

Ci siamo imbattute per caso in questo ristorante cicchetteria che si trova in Via Garibaldi, poco lontano dalla Biennale...si vede che era destino! Ci siamo affidate a Giorgio, 'il biondo' catanese, che ci ha servite e viziate per tutta la sera ❤️. Vino eccellente, cibo anche, servito con passione, molto ricercato e preparato con ingredienti freschissimi. Io che sono vegetariana ho assaggiato portate gourmet al di là di ogni aspettativa, inutile dire che lo stra consiglio! Spero di riuscire a tornarci presto perché la nostra vacanza è stata resa speciale anche da questa esperienza....

Wonderful restaurant with a small but excellent menu. My favourite place in Venice. Try the Polpo. It’s spectacular!
