Wow, really, compliments to both the staff and the imaginative cuisine. The randomly chosen dishes were a spectacle. Thank you so much. Quiet place and very easy to access. Definitely worth returning. Thank you.

Less than average restaurant for your Siena experience. Food was very average for the price that you paid. Price was high and the atmosphere was subpar - basically eating outside in front of a bus station and a parking. Overall there are way better options in Siena. Avoid…

In Siena for the Palio we dined here for two nights. The restaurant is not large, the decor and the environment are pleasant and welcoming. The service is perfect, very kind and attentive. The cuisine is remarkable for its quality, flavors and aesthetics of the presentations. There is a touch of the right creativity, well managed and without excess, in the wise combinations of flavors and in the cooking. The wine list is interesting and well-curated. Absolutely recommended.

Bel posto, ottimi i prodotti freschi e selezionati, servizio eccellente. Il sorriso della titolare ti permette di passare una serata ancora più gradevole. Il digestivo finale è stata la ciliegina sulla torta.

20/06/2025: Highly recommended, typically Tuscan, cozy, simply fantastic! Outstanding food, top-notch service! So friendly! Accommodating! Polite! We're thrilled and will definitely return during our vacation.
18/06/2025: I think I was unlucky because I arrived with a bad stomach and I didn't find the Florentine steak exceptional, some parts were sinewy and others a bit tough. Asked for rare but arrived medium rare. The person accompanying me instead found it good but agreed on the cooking. We went with the dogs and they were super helpful by letting us choose the table we preferred, they immediately offered to bring them water without us asking. A place recommended by several people in town. We will definitely return since many had spoken well of it but probably, not being well, I was unable to appreciate it.

20/07/2025: We came for lunch, good raw materials, good cuisine, friendly staff, I will return
13/07/2025: I stayed for a short vacation, and the room I was given was spacious, clean, and cool (it has air conditioning). Even though the B&B is close to the road, I slept wonderfully at night, without hearing a sound. The bathroom was fully equipped, clean, and provided with complimentary toiletries. In the morning, I'd never seen such a breakfast, which to call abundant is an understatement: in addition to the classic slices of bread, butter, and jam, there were also cured meats, cheeses, pickles, bruschetta (I loved the tuna one), tripe with tomato sauce, scrambled eggs, various pastries, and slices of cake. As for drinks, there was local red wine, cappuccino, coffee, and freshly squeezed juice. In short, it was more than just breakfast, it was a proper brunch! Upon my arrival, I also had lunch: typical Tuscan and other home-style cuisine, with generous portions. I absolutely fell in love with the Chianti beef stew. The place is very quiet, the service is fast and attentive, and the staff is incredibly kind and always ready to offer advice. Davide and Lello were truly kind, hospitable, and available to offer suggestions on places to visit or where to dine (it's only open for lunch). I'm so sad to have to go home, but if I ever have the chance to pass through these parts again (and I certainly won't miss the opportunity, since I'm already thinking about visiting other places in the area 😅), the B&B Osteria "Il Ceppo" will be a must-visit. ❤️
