We went to share with my father-in-law for his birthday as a family. We enjoyed the sunset with spectacular views and then went to the table.
-We start with the antipasto; a whole selection of cold cuts, cold cuts, zucchini and polenta. They gave us bread with olive oil and that was simply delicious.
- Then we ordered the Raviolones with meat, these were amazing!! And finally a cut of stone-cooked beef.
For dessert, some delicious ice creams 😋 with pistachio and orange cream.

I would actually give 5 stars 10, because the dishes are good, plentiful, all rigorously homemade by hand and with excellent quality products from the legendary Dalmazio! We started with a mixed appetizer, cured meats, cheeses, polenta with must, pork loin with cherry tomatoes and bruschetta with oil. The first courses EXCEPTIONAL, tricolor gnochetti with 3 types of red, yellow and orange cherry tomatoes, basil, bacon and mascarpone! Handmade gnochetti!! Handmade ravioli filled with braised meat with white scottona ragù from the Marche PHENOMENAL! We weren't able to taste the second courses but we did enjoy a homemade pistachio and orange cream ice cream! The friendliness of the owner as well as the chef and the welcome of the waitress make you feel truly at home! I recommend this restaurant because you eat really well with EXCELLENT QUALITY products! We will definitely return and bring friends with us! Thank you

Il locale si trova in una zona panoramica mozzafiato! All'esterno c'è un ampio spazio attrezzato dedicato ai bambini. La mia serata aveva un menu fisso prestabilito. I formaggi dell'antipasto erano spettacolari, anche i salumi erano buoni. Abbiamo mangiato bene e il personale è stato molto gentile. Ci tornerò per provare la cucina di altri piatti.

Every dinner is a surprise for the palate, we relied on chef Dalmazio and we can say that it was a fabulous experience, so much so that we decided to have dinner there for the two evenings we spent in Colle dei Falchi

The place is wonderful, it is located on a hill from where you can admire an enchanting panorama: on one side the city of Fermo and on the other the Fermo valley up to the Adriatic sea, truly suggestive. Inside it is no different, with great attention to detail which recalls a typical brick and wood farmhouse. Let's move on to the menu: delicious appetizer, starting with an assortment of high quality cured meats accompanied with various courses such as polenta with must, fresh marinated vegetables and local cheeses. For the first course we had the handmade ravioli, a must try and for the second course the sliced scottona, excellent, and suckling pig, exquisite. Finally, homemade tiramisu, top. All for just 30 euros, top. I consider it one of the best places to eat in Fermo. Super recommended!!!
