The external location is wonderful: on a hill between mountains and sea! The interior is very 80s, simple and spartan furnishings. The cuisine is amazing: excellent first courses, ragu and truly exceptional fresh pasta! Generous portions. The cut from the Marche region is also good: special mention to the ice cream: orange and pistachio cream, homemade by Dalmazio (friendly manager and very good chef!). The only downside is the price, despite having only eaten the first courses and taken only one cut for 6 people we paid as a complete dinner (there is no menu to consult) we still would not have had a complete meal but to be advised that the cost was fixed would have been extra attention towards the customer and we would have appreciated it. Quick service, the girl who served us was very attentive and professional.

Nn conoscevo questo locale ma un nostro collega ha festeggiato la sua pensione lì e posso assicurarvi che soltanto il panorama che ci si presenta davanti vale il viaggio...d'estate penso sia il top...il panorama è accompagnato anche da una buona cucina casereccia....in inverno solo la buona cucina però perché si mangia al chiuso...lo consiglio vivamente...anche i il servizio posso dire che merita...tornerò sicuramente

We were invited to this restaurant by relatives living in Fermo and it was a pleasant discovery. Lovely place, sublime cuisine, top service. What can I say.....we will definitely return with other friends to taste new dishes.

Rustic place nestled in the hills, Dalmazio perfect host, excellent quality, excellent quality/price ratio, homemade ravioli worth the trip, excellent homemade ice cream, pleasant discovery

We went to share with my father-in-law for his birthday as a family. We enjoyed the sunset with spectacular views and then went to the table. -We start with the antipasto; a whole selection of cold cuts, cold cuts, zucchini and polenta. They gave us bread with olive oil and that was simply delicious. - Then we ordered the Raviolones with meat, these were amazing!! And finally a cut of stone-cooked beef. For dessert, some delicious ice creams 😋 with pistachio and orange cream. Warm and family service :)

Dalmazio dice che ha aperto solo per noi, 9 cicloturisti. E gli crediamo. Poi comincia a sventagliare un antipasto di salumi, formaggi e verdure di qualità davvero eccezionale insieme al pane olio. Come primo piatto ci propone ravioli al ragù bianco di una bontà e di una delicatezza infinita. Poi serve carne di marchigiana: credo di non averne mangiata di migliore in vita mia. Contorno di pomodori: non so dove li prenda di così grandi e gustosi in un mondo in cui i pomodori non sanno più di nulla. Infine un gelato fatto da lui: io prendo la stracciatella e mi lecco ancora i baffi. Bravo Dalmazio!

I would actually give 5 stars 10, because the dishes are good, plentiful, all rigorously homemade by hand and with excellent quality products from the legendary Dalmazio! We started with a mixed appetizer, cured meats, cheeses, polenta with must, pork loin with cherry tomatoes and bruschetta with oil. The first courses EXCEPTIONAL, tricolor gnochetti with 3 types of red, yellow and orange cherry tomatoes, basil, bacon and mascarpone! Handmade gnochetti!! Handmade ravioli filled with braised meat with white scottona ragù from the Marche PHENOMENAL! We weren't able to taste the second courses but we did enjoy a homemade pistachio and orange cream ice cream! The friendliness of the owner as well as the chef and the welcome of the waitress make you feel truly at home! I recommend this restaurant because you eat really well with EXCELLENT QUALITY products! We will definitely return and bring friends with us! Thank you
