Good food and generous portions. We tried the pizza, the grilled meat, and the excellent orecchiette with tomato sauce: simple, authentic, and flavorful. The restaurant is very popular with both tourists and locals, but despite its large seating capacity, the service was quick and efficient. The location is strategic, equidistant between Martina Franca, Cisternino, and Ostuni, ideal for a stop during a day of hiking in the Itria Valley. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but it offers honest, well-prepared, home-style cooking. The only minor detail—which I don't consider a real flaw—the grilled vegetables were a bit too raw for my taste. But that's a personal preference, not a criticism. Recommended, and I would gladly return.

Great place with good food both for appetizers and meat. The only flaw of the evening was the tagliata, to return anyway taking something else.

The food is really good, a trattoria in the countryside, some rooms are in the trulli and they are beautiful. The raw material is genuine, the owner is a tile wholesale entrepreneur who was able to give life to this always busy restaurant! Excellent we really hope to return ♥️

Very nice restaurant. Only open on weekends. Very busy with local guests. Service very nice and helpful. You can choose your piece of meat from the display case. The size varies quite a bit. Orechietti is very tasty. Dishes are not expensive.
