Chef Rocco delighted us with dishes that combine tradition and creativity: each course was a true masterpiece in taste, quality, and presentation. Congratulations on your impeccable cuisine! Special thanks also go to maître d' Valter, who oversaw every moment of the evening with elegance, discretion, and professionalism, ensuring that all guests felt pampered and cared for. The room is refined, welcoming, and meticulously designed, perfect for transforming any event into an unforgettable memory. Making the evening even more magical was the fireworks display: long, thrilling, and evocative, they left everyone breathless and capped the celebration with a touch of pure magic. Nice room, kind and helpful staff, imaginative chef... maybe too much, the only negative note is the poor visibility, it is the former "hotel degli ulivi" but it is not specified, maybe a teacher.

A beautiful room, excellent food and very efficient service

We got married in this beautiful reception hall on June 11th. There are not enough words to be able to comment exhaustively how much this hall has left memories and positive emotions in our hearts. The owner Anna was our guardian angel from the first moment, she accompanied us to our day always with a smile, she fulfilled our every request and never neglected us throughout the day; she personally set up both the interiors and the exteriors in an impeccable manner, combining everything with taste and attention to detail. A special applause to the chef, to the maitre of Sala Walter, who was uniquely available and to all the staff, they elegantly served our guests impeccably. The next day Anna continued to pamper us with the ritual of the spouses (which includes breakfast, spa with massage and lunch in the structure). I can do nothing but recommend this hall to those who want to make the most beautiful day of their life elegant, refined and full of exquisiteness from the appetizer to the desserts. We celebrated our wedding in this extraordinary location a few days ago after choosing Sala Ermica for its strategic position along the Basento valley and the positive opinions collected from other spouses and we couldn't have made a better choice: from the large room equipped with every comfort, to the garden with olive trees in bloom, to the covered winter garden, every corner contributed to enriching and making the day unique. Ci siamo spostati in questo fantastico posto il 3 maggio. Davvero tutto perfetto. In primis la signora Anna, attenta a tutto, disponibile su ogni richiesta e davvero professionale, impeccabile; tutto lo staff ha svolto un lavoro eccellente, il maître di sala attento a qualsiasi dettaglio, davvero eccezionale. Il menù e la scelta dei vini curati in ogni minimo dettaglio. La location poi, davvero un posto incantevole e ben curato. Abbiamo scelto la Sala Ricevimenti Ermica per festeggiare il primo compleanno del nostro bambino ed è stata un’esperienza splendida. La proprietaria, Anna Selvaggi, si è dimostrata fin da subito disponibilissima, accogliendo ogni nostra richiesta con grande professionalità. L’allestimento del tavolo della torta è stato incantevole: biscotti a tema, confetti, pupazzi e tanti dettagli curati hanno creato un’atmosfera da fiaba, andando oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. Anche la cena è stata di altissimo livello: un menù ricco, con piatti gustosi, raffinati e preparati con ingredienti di qualità. Ogni portata è stata apprezzata da tutti gli ospiti, adulti e bambini.
