Sala Ermica, the place that made us dream, the place that welcomed us for our wedding... Wonderful day 😍 And what can we say about Anna, the owner? She's a delightful person, very approachable, extremely knowledgeable about everything, very professional, and incredibly friendly. 🤭 We can only compliment Maitre Walter, who was so attentive to every moment; he even "sequestered" us at our table so we could eat at least one course the entire day. This truly touched us, because he showed a level of thoughtfulness we'd never seen before. Our compliments to the chef, he has golden hands. Whatever he cooks comes to life. Every single dish we tasted, every single one we ate, well, left you speechless. Every ingredient was perfectly proportioned, and even things we don't eat or like every day had a completely different flavor when cooked by him. Sublime. Everything was magically sublime! Nice room, kind and helpful staff, imaginative chef... maybe too much, the only negative note is the poor visibility, it is the former "hotel degli ulivi" but it is not specified, maybe a teacher.

A beautiful room, excellent food and very efficient service

We got married in this beautiful reception hall on June 11th. There are not enough words to be able to comment exhaustively how much this hall has left memories and positive emotions in our hearts. The owner Anna was our guardian angel from the first moment, she accompanied us to our day always with a smile, she fulfilled our every request and never neglected us throughout the day; she personally set up both the interiors and the exteriors in an impeccable manner, combining everything with taste and attention to detail. A special applause to the chef, to the maitre of Sala Walter, who was uniquely available and to all the staff, they elegantly served our guests impeccably. The next day Anna continued to pamper us with the ritual of the spouses (which includes breakfast, spa with massage and lunch in the structure). I can do nothing but recommend this hall to those who want to make the most beautiful day of their life elegant, refined and full of exquisiteness from the appetizer to the desserts.
