Sakura Ramen is an authentic corner of Japan that is absolutely worth a visit! Octopus ravioli are a unique experience: the thin and perfectly cooked pasta contains a tasty and delicate filling, which conquers from the first bite. The homemade spring roll is extraordinary: crunchy, fragrant and with a balanced filling, you immediately notice the artisanal care taken in the preparation.
The ramen, the real protagonist, is impeccable. The rich, full-bodied broth, perfectly textured noodles and fresh ingredients combine in a dish that warms the soul and satisfies the palate. Each bite transports you straight to a typical Japanese izakaya.
The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to advise and make you feel at ease. Prices are average, especially considering the high quality of the raw materials and the level of attention dedicated to each dish.
I highly recommend Sakura Ramen to both fans of Asian cuisine and those who want to experiment with new flavors. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and tasty dinner. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent à la carte Japanese bistro, don't expect all you can eat, but a wide choice of typical dishes such as ramen and katsu curry. The starters were also excellent, tried the gyoza and takoyaki, above average for Japanese restaurants in Rome
Spent the right amount since we took both sake and umeshu

We were looking for a place for a quick meal and we came across this nice little restaurant. The management is familiar and the environment is very welcoming. In addition to appetizers, the menu includes a wide selection of ramen and sautéed udon. The ones I ordered were plated with a spice, I couldn't recognize what it was, which the heat made move as if it were animated.

4 stars from contextualizing the mood of the place and the type of dishes offered.
Very good Ramen, nothing to envy of the most renowned Japanese restaurants in the capital, which I often frequent for taste. Ravioli sometimes even better, it doesn't speak of quality in the strict sense, but the cooking at Sakura ramen was perfect. Fried pork with rice and curry good value for money, obviously you can eat better ones. At least on paper, little choice of sake and no possibility of taking the bottle, however I will gladly go back!

I can say that the place is very welcoming, the interiors are very "cozy", the food is prepared with a lot of class.
I really recommend a visit to a minimal place that can reserve some nice surprises.

Maybe it's because we went in the middle of the week but it wasn't exceptional, very good gyoza
