Trust me when I say, this is the best AYCE in Palermo. I come to this place for lunch very often and when I happen to change restaurants… “good, but not as good as Sakura”; in addition to the exceptional food and good quality, the location is nothing short of sensational, very well-kept. What can I say, if you are used to ordering with the waiter who sometimes gets the orders wrong, at Sakura there is no risk. I have loved this method from the beginning, here you just scan the QR code and order from your phone; at Sakura there is really nothing missing, I hope it continues like this because for me it is a fixed stop!🌿🌸

I must admit that I was a little apprehensive at first after reading some negative reviews, but my experience was a completely different story. I had lunch today, on a rather crowded Sunday, and despite the confusion I found the service to be truly excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and always available, with a special mention for the cashier: adorable and very kind. But the real star was the food - excellent dishes, carefully prepared and appreciated by all the diners at my table. A pleasant surprise that I would recommend. I will gladly return!

Everything is delicious, but there is a limit on servings which for me, as a sashimi lover, is really disappointing. I hope this is something that will be changed because right now there are places that at the same price and with the same quality offer free rein to everything.

Sakura is always a certainty. Everything was really delicious: the raw prawns, the scampi, the salmon... very fresh and of high quality. Trivially, even Philadelphia feels excellent, nothing to say. The service is very fast and helpful, but as soon as there is a bit of confusion they become a bit elusive and sometimes they forget some dishes or sauces. The price is certainly high, but given the quality, it is absolutely worth it.

The best sushi in Palermo, variety and quality of the dishes, of course perhaps for some the cats wandering around could be a problem but they didn't give us any trouble

I went yesterday after 1 year and the experience in this place has changed for the negative. Unfortunately the portions arrive later than the order, so much so that I no longer feel like eating. Some dishes don't even arrive at all. It's a shame because the place is beautiful. The food is pleasant if desired... Except for the wait of up to 20/30 minutes. Or not seeing the ordered portion arrive.

Pranzato in famiglia con la formula all you can eat. È la seconda volta che andiamo, e anche per la seconda volta abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Buona la modalità di ordinazione e buoni tutti i piatti. Siamo usciti talmente sazi 😂 che la sera non abbiamo cenato… consigliato

05/05/2025: I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time. I write "from" because I usually order takeaway, for once I wanted to go and dine directly at the restaurant. I'll start by saying that I've always eaten well at their place, but I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because there was only one flaw, which was of no small importance, but which I must admit they immediately resolved in a quick and satisfactory manner. I ordered a Uramaki sake, which had almost completely white salmon inside. I'm no culinary expert but I know that salmon with thick white streaks denotes mostly fatty salmon that hasn't been raised properly. Edible yes, but certainly not good salmon. I pointed out to the guy serving us that that salmon wasn't good and they immediately replaced it with a perfect salmon. (So ​​they had it and didn't use it) Unfortunately I give 4 stars, when they could have been 5 due to the fact that you don't have to wait for a customer to understand something about salmon, otherwise you'll give them the poorest one. The kitchen must do its duty and present good food regardless. I hope that the figure made will be a lesson for the restaurant/restaurateur. You never know who can enter your place. It could be a food critic, like a health check. Eye!
