18/10/2025: The food was good, but we sat down at 1:30 PM and at 3:00 PM we were still waiting for 50% of our order. The problem was the raw ham that never arrived.
28/09/2025: I went there a second time to commemorate our first date, but the rice was undercooked, especially the black rice, which was incredibly hard. The order was incorrectly served, and even after communicating with the waiter, we waited a long time for it to arrive. It was a completely unpleasant experience, far worse than the first.
Update: I'm well aware of the difference between slightly hard rice and undercooked rice, but it wasn't like that the first time. I don't think any customer behavior affected the rice hardness, the incorrect dishes, or the long wait time, and blaming the customer for these things is pointless. It wasn't a big deal, but being accused and scolded by the restaurant is so upsetting.
The restaurant lied (or mistook us): We never said we didn't like the food, only ordered one round (maximum two), and only had three pieces of sushi left (two wrongly ordered black rice salmon and one crab stick). The restaurant said we had a lot of leftovers, which is a complete lie (we weren't the table with the leftovers). Regarding my "superiority"—stop lying! My companions were the ones communicating the entire time. I didn't say a word to the waiter. I was eagerly waiting for the waiter to come over, but they didn't even bother to look at me. (Of course, it's possible that they mistook me for another table, but making such a random accusation is absolutely unreasonable.)
