Come da titolo. Decantato da amici indigeni come uno dei migliori giapponesi a Roma… Con chef giapponese e bla-bla. Il locale risulta basico , con arredi al limite dello spartano , cibo non male ma non bene , materia prima un po’ incerta , idem per la lavorazione del riso e la qualità e cottura dello stesso. Offerta del menù con i classici piatti ultra conosciuti da clientela che si accontenta di sushi e sashimi o poco più. Prezzi nella media. Vale solo un passaggio …non è secondo.

Location carina ed accogliente, personale molto gentile, servizio veloce.. pesce di ottima qualità ed abbondante nelle portate, sapori delicati, ma piacevoli. Troppo caldo il roll col pesce in tempura, ma forse è un mio gusto personale. Non economico, ma ci sta per la qualità. Assolutamente consigliato

20/12/2024: Very good and excellent service, but the place was too small and for this reason I couldn't give it 5 stars. It remains to be tried by those who like ramen
18/12/2024: I go there every now and then for lunch. The ramen has an original flavor compared to other ramen already tasted in neighboring areas. The grilled ravioli are the only ones that remain light. The bao with pulled meat is really tasty and tasty.
