The hotel is fine, the only drawback is the garage, which does not meet the requirements for a 4-star hotel, which is fine.

The food is excellent, nothing to complain about. Good quality combined with a wide selection. I have a few criticisms about the service and drinks. First of all, the savory croissant was "served" directly into our hands, without a plate. Then we were told to go to the table and wait for the waiter to take our drink order. The waiter was quite lost in his own world, but that didn't matter. It was about a ten-minute wait between ordering and the actual arrival of the cappuccino and coffee (all this with the croissant in hand). A note also about the drinks being served in paper/plastic cups (I don't understand why, since we were just outside the door of the restaurant). The price was more than fair, but the service could be greatly improved in several respects. However, if you're not in a hurry, it's a good place.

I accidentally found it on the way to the Valley of the Temples and went in. The gelato is really delicious. The road from Palermo to the Valley of the Temples is so far. It's worth stopping by here. It's a really delicious place to eat before sightseeing. And the owner was really kind and gave me some snacks for free. The gelato was the best I've had in Italy. Please take note, Koreans!
