The restaurant is located near the beach access. It serves excellent Italian cuisine. The restaurant is run by a Polish woman who is a great place to chat about various topics (thank you for helping us book our cruise and confirming that Tempio di Segesta will be open on August 15th).

We were truly thrilled with our experience at this restaurant! The sardine meatballs were a masterpiece: soft, flavorful, and with a perfect balance of aromas. And not to mention the pasta :) The busiate pasta with mussels was incredibly fresh, with al dente pasta and a seafood-flavored sauce. Attentive and friendly service, a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

We highly recommend the Sailing restaurant, a unique blend of Polish hospitality and Sicilian flavor. The restaurant's menu is a true ode to Sicilian cuisine. Seafood and local fish are the star of the cuisine. From simple dishes like pizza to more sophisticated ones like pasta with cuttlefish ink and sea urchin or clam soup, everything delights with its depth of flavor. Each dish is a small work of art that will long remain in our memories. The dishes were served quickly and elegantly, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, thanks to the owner, who ensures every guest feels wonderful. She explains the products with a smile, advises on dish selections, and ensures that nothing is missing on the tables. We highly recommend this unique place. Best regards.

We ordered Busiata Allo Scoglio and Busiata Norma and both dishes were delicious, same thing with dessert! After active day we returned to the hotel full and happy:)
