The Sailing restaurant far exceeded my expectations! The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly and always on hand without seeming intrusive. Every wish was fulfilled with a smile. The food was an absolute delight - all dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Everything is just right here: ambience, service and quality of the food. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Absolutely recommended!

Nice place near the city seafront in Castallammare del Golfo where you can taste good local products (arancine, panelle and crocché). Very friendly service.

Very large place with lots of seats, I recommend booking. Shrimp tartare good as well as the fried one. Very abundant first courses and good prices below average

Very welcoming place in the center of Castellammare del Golfo. The fish-based food was good and I recommend the 20 euro menu.

Scelto a caso questo locale si è dimostrato una scelta perfetta. Servizio celere e cortese. Ottimi piatti e prodotti freschi di qualità. Conto super onesto. Consigliato!!

Ho avuto occasione di cenare più sere da Sailing dove ho trovato tanta gentilezza e attenzione. Grazie davvero per essere così accoglienti e per la cura di ogni portata. Buonissimi piatti, dagli antipasti ai primi ai secondi, sia di mare sia di terra e degna conclusione si trova anche nei dolci provati. Tutto squisito. Molto carino il posto. Ci ritornerò quando tornerò Castellammare.

Locale molto accogliente, carino e tenuto con cura. Pizza con forno a legna buonissima, servizio eccellente. Lo consiglio a tutti. Noi ritorneremo di sicuro.

03/09/2024: Classy restaurant of high quality level. The chef likes to experiment, even in the presentation of classic dishes. I had a first course off the menu: cacio e pepe with red prawns from Mazara. I don't like the strong flavor of the cheese but I really appreciated it. Prices appropriate to the level. Recommended for a special dinner.
31/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, food was the best we had in our Sicily trip. Service was decent and atmosphere pretty pleasant / romantic (a chap was singing and playing piano) Also it was good value !

11/07/2024: Elegant environment frequented by tourists with attentive and helpful service. Excellent fish dishes, excellent fried foods. I recommend cacio pepe pasta and fried prawns in orange sauce. I didn't like the desserts, not recommended the coffee
09/07/2024: Very nice restaurant, pleasant service. The appetizer was interesting, we chose "Degustazione antipasti" - a tasting of traditional flavors. As a main course, we had various pastas, which somehow did not charm us. Rather average compared to other restaurants in the area. At the same time, the mussels in the pasta were forced open and therefore also broken. There were pieces of these broken shells in the food and it was quite dangerous.
