The place is very beautiful and unique. Nothing to complain about the service, the staff are kind and attentive. Now I'm getting to the sore point that justifies the rating. I can't pay €21 for two coffees, a slice of apple pie, and two, yes, two mini pastries. It's fine being in Rome, the quintessential tourist city, but no, this is absurd. I come from a city where the cost of living isn't cheap, but here we've surpassed our imagination. No arguments, but sorry, I don't think I'll be back.

Beautiful store/cafe with nice history to it. Went in to get some chocolates and ended up sitting in for a trio chocolate cappuccino which was amazing such a cool experience and the coffee and chocolate itself was very tasty. The chocolatier section was very good a lovely lady served us and was kind enough to explain what each chocolate was, there was a large variety of many flavours to choose from. Very reasonable pricing all around. Definitely make this a place to visit if you're in the area!

this is a truly special place in rome. in my opinion part of what makes it special it’s its somewhat hidden location in one of rome’s most versatile yet punk neighborhoods, san lorenzo. the space, with a mixture of the old industrial looking chocolate factory bits and the almost bohemian and elegant atmosphere it’s very intimate which i love. i’ve been here multiple times both for dinner and aperitivo and i like that they have a seasonal menu, so you can always try something new. their food concept is quite unique and untraditional but with that homemade touch. i also can’t forget to mention that the waiters are really friendly

Well-prepared dishes, but pretentious prices. The same quality can be found for less, although the place is worth a visit.
Also, tap water should not be charged!!! You can put it in attractive bottles and say that they come out of who knows what contraption, I consider it dishonest.

Historic chocolate shop, beautiful place for a break, for a chocolate, for a tea or an aperitif. If you have never been there, I highly recommend it. It is a bit expensive, but then the cost of cocoa has increased and Said since 1923 has always been synonymous with quality and history, the Chocolate Factory ;)
