23/03/2025: This review is also a response to the owner of my partner's review! I'll start the review by saying that I've never written a negative review for a restaurant and, as you can see from my profile, I often go to some restaurants and I don't feel like a critic, but just a person who likes to eat from the most refined things to the simplest things! I've also read other reviews and it seems absurd to me that she responds in a piqued manner every time for every negative review, sometimes even involving the cameras in the style of Big Brother! I think that criticism should be heard every now and then in order to improve! About last night's dinner, I can only talk about my dishes, the first with payata, never tried. I have to say that it wasn't bad, but it certainly didn't make me dream! The other guys, however, who had the carbonara, weren't satisfied with the award-winning thing that one would expect from a world champion....! The pork cheek was very tender, too bad it wasn't salty and the blueberry sauce on top perhaps covered too much, but that's just my poor ignorant taste......! The crumbled cake, however, not being able to hear the story of the table behind, I can't believe otherwise because it really wasn't a crumbled cake. The cream was completely missing (we never understood if it was pastry cream or chantilly) and the wafers were obviously dry! I also told the waiter ("very kind.....") and I took the tiramisu, I have to say that was very good instead! So, as you see, if something is good one says so, we have no prejudices! Last thing, the supplì: the problem is not the breading which was basically good, but the filling, where I think the phone broke because I didn't feel the mozzarella and maybe it was also a bit bland! The cold cuts platter was fine, it wasn't bad, but not very abundant!! I conclude by talking about the stairs to go to the bathroom, to say a bit dangerous is an understatement.....
