S'Accabadora In Ortacesus

We went yesterday with some friends. I'd known Giulio for a while. We'd often ordered takeout, but I'd never had the chance to eat there. The full menu: Appetizer: top-quality, delicious cured meats. First course: malloreddus alla barbaricina (sausage, sauce, and olives). Spectacular. The sauce wasn't too sweet, not too acidic... just one word: PERFECT, IMPECCABLE. Second course: pork and beef, and premmentu (stuffed chicken). Side dish: tomatoes and coccoi indorau (a traditional fried bread). Desserts: Pardulas (a typical Sardinian dessert made with ricotta and saffron in a pastry basket) and amaretti (almond biscuits). Beer, strictly Ichnusa, and water, but they also offer soft drinks. All for €30. Highly recommended. They also offer fish dishes.

We were very surprised and happy... the food was all very good and plentiful, the owner was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.
