Excellent experience for a novice like me in Japanese cuisine, I would recommend soundproofing the room a bit because with this crowd (and it always is) it is difficult to communicate with the diners, however regardless I will return.

Randomly selected sushi based on reviews, and I must honestly admit it was excellent! The service was impeccable, the drinks were amazing, and the sushi was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!

The place is nice and the service is excellent, unfortunately the Uramaki are good but all very similar, with fried prawn or in any case with panko (like tempura grains) present in almost every Uramaki. You can't find an uramaki that doesn't taste fried and for me this is very annoying. It's clear that you know what you're doing, in my opinion the menu isn't up to your skills. Furthermore, with the prices that are there, for me it is not possible to have ingredients such as surimi whose quality we know on the menu. Anyway, ok experience

Pleasant location with high quality sushi

On the advice of acquaintances we decided to try it and we were truly speechless. The salmon is of an incredible quality, with a rich and full flavor like we have never tasted before. Not to mention the care taken in the plating and choice of ingredients. The place is very quiet and private, with a mix of modern and oriental furnishings, confirming the mix also present in the fusion dishes. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

Che dire... tutto veramente ottimo. Eravamo in 8 di cui 4 non ci erano mai stati e ne sono stati tutti entusiasti. Per me Sabakaita è diventato un punto di riferimento e quando provo un altro ristorante di sushi rimango puntualmente delusa. La qualità la varietà e la velocità dell'ottimo servizio sono inarrivabili. Non parliamo poi dei cocktail sono propri deliziosi e particolari. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità dell'offerta. Bravi ragazzi continuate così

Dopo diversi anni vissuti in Giappone, finalmente un sushi bar degno di questo nome. Pesce fresco, ambiente delizioso, personale gentile, cocktail top! Assolutamente consigliato.
