A regular spot for sushi, excellent fish, and amazing dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed. It's become my go-to sushi spot.

Excellent food and service. It's a shame about the shifts you have to respect during dinner hours.

It's always a pleasure to dine here; we're always amazed by these refined and indescribable flavor experiences. The staff is excellent, friendly, and above all, knowledgeable. Even children love this sushi, and it's the only one we trust them to try. For us, sushi is nothing but Sabakaita. Our compliments!

Last night, my friend and I treated ourselves to some excellent nigiri (the fish alone was delicious). The rolls had combinations that, despite first impressions, were very well thought out. We were both impressed. The miso soup offered at the beginning of the dinner was also very good. The place was small but cozy. It's best suited for couples or small groups of 3-4 people. The staff served us attentively, describing each dish, and offering suggestions on how to eat it when needed. We'll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining at this sushi restaurant, where the Italian chefs truly demonstrate their mastery. The eel roll in particular was delicious: well-prepared, perfectly cooked, making it light and not at all heavy. I also had the chance to try a roll with real wagyu, which was a true pleasure. I sat at the counter, so I could watch the chefs at work, and each dish was carefully presented and explained to me. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff extremely kind, and the entire experience truly unique. Highly recommended!
