A truly fantastic experience! The fusion sushi is of the highest quality, with surprising flavor combinations and the freshest ingredients. Each dish is a real delight. The drinks are exceptional, perfect to accompany the meal and add an extra touch to the evening. Highly recommended to book a seat in front of the counter to enjoy the chef while he prepares the dishes, a unique experience! The only downside, if we want, are the prices, which are quite high, but it is definitely worth it!

Sabakaita is one of those places that make the difference. Small, intimate, with an incredible attention to quality. The wagyu? Something indescribable. Soft, tasty, with a perfect consistency that melts in your mouth. An explosion of taste that is truly worth trying. If you are looking for sushi that leaves its mark, Sabakaita is the right place. Few tables, lots of quality, zero compromises.

Consigliato da amici, confortato dalle recensioni, si va. Locale che rimane abbastanza intimo nonostante i coperti siano tanti rispetto ai metri quadri. Parcheggio lungo la strada, non semplicissimo da trovare ma Forlì non è Milano. Arredamento gradevole e pulito. Porta di ingresso che si apre direttamente nel locale e quindi alcuni posti a sedere rimango esposti a ventate. Servizio giusto, non attentissimo ma cortese, abbastanza veloce, professionale. Menù che ci ha pienamente soddisfatti, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Unico neo: qualche euro di troppo il vino (disponibile anche al calice). Errore modesto sul conto e ce ne siamo accorti solo a casa.

Piccolo ma Locale molto carino...alcuni tavoli 4/5 + una quindicina di posti al bancone la maggior parte vista cucina; Piccola carta dei vini ma con buone etichette; Servizio gentile e disponibile e prezzi non da all you can eat ma non è un difetto ma un valore aggiunto tenendo conto della piacevole cucina; ..noi con circa 6/7 portate diverse ed 1 bottiglia di vino 112€; A presto...Renato ed Elena
