Probably the best sushi I've ever had. Definitely a culinary experience I love to repeat often. Combined with an excellent menu that adapts to the changing seasons, including offering typical ingredients year-round, there are top-quality cocktails 🍹 and a very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

An excellent sushi experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐" Sabakaita is undoubtedly one of the best sushi restaurants in Forlì. The atmosphere is refined, elegant yet welcoming, with consistently attentive and friendly service. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with the freshest fish and creative combinations that surprise without ever being overwhelming. Each course is presented with great attention to detail: the rolls are balanced in flavor, the sashimi melts in your mouth, and the off-menu specials are a must-try. The value for money is also excellent, considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. Highly recommended for those who love authentic sushi, in a location where you'll be pampered from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

Wow, what a rare gem of a restaurant! This place deserves international recognition for excellence in dining. Even the most discerning foodie will find pure culinary bliss at Sabakaita. The care that goes into each offering goes far beyond inspired creativity, entering the realm of divine grace. A word of advice from a connoisseur: take a seat at the bar and enjoy the spectacle of true masters at work. The combination of scallops and wagyu is perhaps the most lascivious pinnacle of the concept of "surf and turf" — absolutely not to be missed. The "Fake Tiger Roll" is unique and delicious... but the real star is the fish: simply wow... cooler than an arctic breeze. I literally heard the sound of the ocean the first time I tasted the amberjack. The staff is professional and the cocktails are an expression of passion and craftsmanship.

É già la seconda o terza volta che veniamo in questo ristorante e confermo essere una certezza. Abbiamo sempre fatto la degustazione che consiglio vivamente per provare gusti nuovi, fuori dai soliti canoni. Personale e chef simpatici e preparati, per accompagnarti in una bellissima esperienza, sicuramente uno dei migliori sushi che abbia provato. Costo circa 80 a testa con una bottiglia di vino, giustamente la qualità si paga. Super consigliato e tappa fissa per le prossime trasferte a Forlì

Amo definirli ragazzi&ragazze ma sono imprenditori con il fuoco nel cuore per la cucina orientale. Ci eravamo ripromessi di tornarci senza focalizzarci su un menu degustazione ma piuttosto per accogliere proposte nuove. Sono riusciti nuovamente a regalarci benessere nella preparazione, nel gusto, nel servizio: dai cocktail ai fine pasto. Suggerisco sempre la postazione fronte tavolo di preparazione (sono solo 8 posti) ma vedere l'opera di cucina permette anche di capire l'amore per il lavoro che fanno e la cura nella presentazione di un piatto. Ah dimenticavo..lo stereotipo di all you can eat con personale di origine orientale non è per il Sabakaita. Qui il personale è italiano con forte passione per il Giappone quindi potrete chiedere consigli e approfondimenti sui piatti senza timore e anche con il desiderio di conoscere quali materie prime si utilizzano. PS: il gusto è individuale ma vi posso assicurare che qua si degusta non si ingerisce..e tutto è davvero ottimo!
